Requested resolution: to retrive the choice to contact owners for the number of wrong information provided. Esclation matrix to be made available to address grivences like other online comerce providers

NoBroker Complaint Number: #16428945

I have purchased fredom plan in to get contact information of the owners 25 contact numbers can be taken, I have come accross several wrong information due to wrong add posted or information not updated, I have raised my complaints in noBroker app throught the link provided in the app/website. Since there was no response I have called to register my complaint yet it was not registered or any response as promised in the call to retrive the number of contact that was exausted out of that 25.
I called agan to find the complaint is not addressed / not even concidered. I have mailed and have registered my complaint and got a complaint number, yet it turned out to be a blind end, since then I have called and mailed them continuesly for noavail, No response, the customer care has a standard response that the team will get in touch and no one called regarding this. There is no esclation matrix and we are not able to esclate to next level.

Can someone help in resolving this issue?

I have reported wrong informations and have spoken to the customer care and they have promised to retrieve the contacts

Requesting you for the status of the same, I am including below all the comments below that I have already posted by clicking wrong information

Wrong timing scheduled we almost reached the property to find out the miscommunication from RM and later rented out before the next schedule

Not updated - Rented out as we spoke the owner - we had taken the contact and spoke to the owner to find out it was already rented out

Owner denied for family and told its only for commercial or not maried as it was inside temple

Owner not willing to schedule visit until we pay advance - dosent seem legit

wrong photo the apartment did not look the same it was entirely different - at the time of visit the photo was wrong and later changed by owner

we had spoken to the owner to find the property is not in chennai the information given is wrong

we took the contact in 3minutes after it was posted - the call reached to the RM and we did not get any response for long time tried to chaat yet no response we contacted the customer support and the RM called telling the key is yet to be collected, next day we repeatedly tried to contact RM yet no response we scheduled a visit through the app and the RM called us and told its rented out - we are cheated
