The person who spoke gave details of plans and sent a link to pay the amount. but to my shock after paying the amount it was showing details of another plan. I had discussed for a money back plan and was sent link to pay for the other one. After repeated request to swap or upgrade the plans they are not responding as before buying plans. They are passing the blame and nobody is taking responsibility for anything. They always say we will get back to you and that doesn't happen till we again call them. Almost 8-10 days have passed for a 45 days limit and nobody from nobroker also is responding regarding change of plans. If they can't help me out altleast let them refund it. This has caused a. Trauma for me. I need some relief. Kindly help me out. Was this information helpful? | |
