Nobroker — Technical glitch - Need refund

Hello Team,
I was using nobroker to search for rental property last month. On 28th Apr'23, I was not able to get any contact of the owner, when tapping on contact owner it shows that you will receive owner details shortly but I did not get it. I was unable to use nobroker chat assistant as well, it keeps on disconnecting in the middle of conversation. When I called no broker customer care, they informed me that it is a technical issue and will be resolved asap. The very next day i.e. saturday, I tried but again same issue with the app, following sunday the same. I called customer care again and they informed that technical issue is still pending. On 5th of May, I called again and they informed me my ID is inactive due to technical issues and will be resolved by tomorrow. Again 9th of April, I called and they said my ID is active and I can use the services.
So the thing here is I'm not a fool who is only following up with nobroker and not getting any updates (your team inform they will keep me updated).When I needed the services at most, no broker had a technical glitch. I'm not responsible for your technical issue. Since I'd paid for it, you must provide services with backup plans. It was the months last when we(people searching for property) get most active to find the properties.
I need a refund on this since you did not provide the services when I needed it the most.It your fault to resolve your technical glitches on time and not the customers fault.
I do not want to escalate it further, so hope that you will take necessory action and provide the refund asap.
