Hi, On 23rd sept an unauthorised transaction happened through my credit card. Firstly, I received a call by stating that person is from bank and shared a link to just put my name a DOB after that I received few SMS that contained OTP from NoBroker and bank as well. I suspected that and when I asked they said it is our third party portal. I clearly state that I didn't share any OTP or any information to that person and after few hours I recieved message that 48, 623/- has been deducted. I filed request to the bank and blocked the card immediately and now the bank closed the request by saying that "Customer is liable to do the payment" Now I'm going through all the charges that bank charged on me to pay back the amount deducted for which again I hav filed a complaint. I have attached the screenshot as well. SMS received:- xxxxxx is OTP for txn of INR 48623.04 at NOBROKER T on ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXXXX. OTPs are SECRET. DO NOT disclose it to anyone.
