I had paid a legal service fee of 47k to nobroker which I didn’t utilize since I didn’t make any property purchase from them. It’s been a month since the amount is not refunded to me. On chasing them over calls and emails they simply loop one another to look into it or say sorry and quote “we will get back to you”. Very unprofessional behaviour to loot innocent customers!
