Dear sir/ madam,
The garbage collecting van from noida
authority is not collecting all the garbages.
The van driver told me that he didn't collect garbage from our area. The garbage van number is UP 16 GT 8659. I clicked his van photo.
I have a matress which is fully torn and can not to donated. The garbage collecting van attendants refused to take it. Also all the garbage bins near our house are now removed. Please advise what can i do now.
It's responsibility of authority to collect all
kind of garbage being disposed off. I request you to help me with this issue.

We have 520 flats + Club + Commercial area of different sizes. Flat size - 2890 sq ft (48 flats), 1735 sq.ft (180 flats) and 1495 (292 flats).

Builder is imposing a bill of Rs269 p.m on each flat whether it is 2890 sq ft or 1495 sq ft and also trying to make profit as 269*520(flats)*9(months) is resulting in Rs80000+ profit on bill.

Please look into this and let us know on what basic we should be charged as their is no meter to capture water usage.

This complaint is regarding the cutting o[censored]nwanted peepal trees that have been grown on school building terrace and many more places in school premises.The roots of peepal tree are degrading the walls of the school very badly and we have been observing big and broad cracks in the walls of the rooms.We have already logged the complaint regarding the same issue many times in Noida authority but no action has been taken so far. I would request you to immediately please take an action for avoiding any mishappening in the school due to the problem.

My Name is Gaurav Devgan and my father is Col YP Devgan (Retd) residing in Sector 29, Noida.

Both my parents are cancer patients and my mother is undergoing active treatment for Stage 4 Cancer currently. I reside overseas in NewZealand and I am unavailable in immediate vicinity to support them in administration related grievances detailed in the email below.

This is why I request your kind and urgent attention to the matter described below and need your help to avoid disruption and stress in my parents life and home caused by the approval provided by Noida authorities as stated below.

It is to bring to your kind and urgent notice that I, Col. Y P Devgan, have an urgent and pressing grievance against the illegal and malafide sanctioning of the installation of lift by Noida Authority. In the proposal the lift will be in the common area of property bearing Flat no. 1553, Arun Vihar, Sector 29, Park View, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301 vide letter no. ______________________________________ dated 17.04.2020 by the Noida Authority and therefore, I am approaching you with a humble request to kindly intervene and recall/cancel the aforesaid Sanction letter issued for the installation of the lift at the aforesaid property due to the exigent reasons as mentioned hereunder in this letter.
2. It is imperative to mention here that the aforesaid illegal Sanction letter dated 17.04.2020 was issued upon the misrepresentations of Col. P. K. Choudhary dated 04.01.2019 who resides at Flat No. 1561, Arun Vihar, Sector 29, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is noteworthy that Col. P. K. Choudhary has furnished wrong and incorrect layout plans of the building in which the lift is to be installed. Kindly take note that as per the original and genuine layout plan of the building erected by the Army Welfare Housing Organization (AWHO) and approved by Noida Authority, such building does not have any site nor space for the installment of lift. That the site of the lift shown in the map Annex I as attached with Col. P. K. Choudhary’s request letter is not the original layout plan of the building.

3. That the proposed site for the installation of lift is a Common Area between Flat No. 1553 and 1554 and adjacent to the open area for which I and my neighbor Gen. P. S. Yadav have the absolute right, title and interest. The site chosen for the installation of the lift is the passageway/intersection between the exit from the back side of Flat No. 1553 and 1554 and the Common Area. Such passageway has been designated and continually used by the servants and maids for the last 30 years. Installation of lift at that site will completely block the passageway and gate of the common area on the back side of the flats. Such passageway was originally created by the AWHO. Moreover, such site sanctioned for installation of lift contains gas pipelines, drainage and sewerage pipelines for the whole building, due to which it is physically and technically impossible to install any kind of lift system at that particular site without encroachment of existing common area and passegway at that particular site.


4. Another doubtful fact comes to mind as apparent from the date of the Sanction letter that during full-restrictive nationwide lockdown, the Noida Authority was in more than hurry situation to sanction a letter for installation of lift in the aforesaid area, without any physical inspection or evaluation by the Noida Authority officials of that site. Noida Authority is put to strict proof of such physical evaluation/inspection document.

5. I have served my country in the war times and the most difficult times and in the most atrocious areas in a fearless and patriotic manner. However, after observing the conduct of the public authorities in sanctioning the installation of lift without even evaluating the conditions or viability of the site. I reside with my wife in Flat No. 1553 and we both are Senior citizens and suffering from terminal ailments. I am myself a cancer survivor and my wife is suffering from stage 4 cancer from last 2 years and she is still undergoing treatment. However, such Sanction letter has caused me and my wife a great deal of mental pain and agony which is taking a toll on our well-being, especially my wife. Such installation of lift right on my passageway will result in encroachment of passageway without my approval and will breach my family’s privacy and peaceful life.

Therefore, in view of the above, it is humbly requested that the aforesaid Sanction letter may kindly be recalled/cancelled for the well-being of the aggrieved senior citizens, i.e., me and my wife. I have also enclosed the original and genuine layout plan of the building.

I have my house in C Block, Sector-100, Noida .There are many many stray dogs in Sector 100, Noida. Few days back i was attacked by a stray dog leaving on nearby street, luckily i escaped its bite. The same has happened with many other residents. I complained to RWA also about it but they are also helpless. I also witnessed some time ago when a dog bit a boy who was passing by that street . Its becoming too dangerous day by day. Moreover these kind of dangerous dogs are there on almost every street in sector 100 and there number are increasing. Actually there are more than 7 dogs on the same street i mentioned ( c Block) Please get rid of these dangerous dogs and allow people to walk safely on the
roads .Please take action regarding this issue for the safety of the people.

Illegal Constructions in the neighbouring house, blocking sunshine, violation of building law.

We are facing problems by a large number of stray dogs in our locality. We are so scared about it because we found many causes of dog bit in our locality. Yesterday me and my mother was coming form an hospitals emergency after 11:30 pm. All the dogs of our street were Barking on us and we tried to go to many other ways but all the ways have same problem. We both were so scared that time. We need help to the authority. Kindly, please take strictly action on it.

Hi,
Ther is a public park but now it has been converter in to the dogs playing ground. There are lots of incidents happens there but people are not listing every day they took their pet dog for playing due to tha kids and seniors are afraid to walk and play in the park. And dogs also do lots of poop.

Kindly help on this serious matter.
