Nokariindia.com — not refunding my money and student harassment | |||||
I'm a 3rd year engineering student. On Saturday, 13th October, 2018, I sent a resume to two mail ids- shine.com and [protected]@appstone.in . I got a call in the afternoon and by mistakenly I thought it of as appstone but the call came from nokariindia.com company and a girl who called told me to pay first 2150 for training through nokariindia.com site, then she transferred the call to his senior who said me to pay another 4600 for training through the same site. Then he said I have to pay 13900 more for training. His name was Nihal Saxena, as he said, phone number- [protected]. I said I don't have enough money so he said to pay as much amount as possible. So, thinking him of appstone company, I paid him more 2000. And then after that he said he got my resume from shine.com. I said I'm not ready for this job because I have already decided of doing internship in another company. So I asked him to refund my total amount of 8750. He told he'll refund within a month. Then on Monday, 15th October, 2018, I got a call from a man who said he is from the refunding company.His phone number is [protected]. He said that according to the company's policy I have to pay a total amount of 12000 to get back my total money. He said as soon as I complete my payment I'll get my money back within 20 minutes through RTGS service. He said to pay me more 3250 through Paytm and sent me the account details of the person named Vinay Kumar. ACC no. [protected], Ifsc code - SBIN0012984. But due to network problem I was unable to send the money in the above account so he said me to send the money in the Paytm wallet linked to [protected] named Kanchan. I paid 3250 in that Paytm account. Then Vinay Kumar called me ([protected]) and said according to their company's policy I have to pay an additional gst amount, 18% of 12000 more to the same Paytm wallet and I'll get my 12000 plus the additional gst amount back. I was totally shocked. My father requested him to deduct some amount of money and give the rest amount back, but he denied. Then he forced us to pay more 2160 and we paid that amount. He assured us to give our money back by 5 to 5:30 pm evening. We called him continuously. He picked up the call and said we have to add your account and it takes 2 hours time. We'll surely send your money by 9pm night or by morning . We had no other choice but to wait. We called him the other morning, on 16th October, 2018. He said the SBI bank's server is down so we'll send money within a few hours. After that I called him continuously and he cut my calls so many times. It went like this till evening. One of their colleagues even shouted at my father when he asked to send our money back. So many times they even picked our call and said nothing. Then one of his colleagues picked up call and said they have already sent our money. But when I checked my account it wasn't. I asked him to send me a proof to my email id and he played with me talking in a very bad manner and made fun of my email id instead of sending me the mail. I didn't got any mail. I asked him to give the call to Vinay Kumar then he said that by mistakenly he has sent to another account. And now he is saying that he can't send now my money he'll send by the other day. I have even proofs of screenshots of all the transactions done and also call records of how they harassed us since the last three days. He said he'll send my money by the next week.
