    I have contacted to nesco local office at kali megha, jajpur town to replace my faulty meter. They have given me a long process to follow. I have followed it but finally they say we are still waiting for meter to come which nesco not sending as per our requirement. I did ask them, can i buy meter from outside and install by your people, then no. You have install from nesco only.

    Again i did ask them what is guarantee you are giving on meter, they says no guarantee and from day 1 your risk. But in meter i found written as 66 months guarantee.

    If there is no meter then we have to minimum charge which is out of my mind. Why should i will pay over my usage? Why don't nesco put the meter on time and why there is guarantee?

    I sent all these to in an email to nesco, but no response from them.

      Sir the above mentioned person is misusing the electric supply violating the rules and regulations of nesco and doing it secretly with the help of some of his private labours. Copy to vigilance office bhadrak. Please step appropriate action for your well development and the other people will get benefit. No one is raising their voice against him all are silent being watched all this misuse actions. Rabindra rout. Compounder in facor ccp. Single stair building bhadrak aradi chhak.

      Sir my bill account no is[protected], and this month bill was coming 456 rupees, I paid that same bill by paytm in online, but now that same 456 rs bill showing, what I am doing pls check and tell me sir money has updated or not, sir pls sir
      This complain is from Jashipur block around too much power cut and low voltage issue. Though I am paying bills regularly but, facing these difficulties. I am not interested to know the reason behind it. As I am paying so, I deserve the service. Hope u will deal it honestly with responsibility.

        Dear team

        We have nesco connection at my home, vill - nalmallick patana, po - mangalpur, dist - jajpur, odisha, in name of akshya kumar mallick, we have received the bill from last two months with arear rs 6662, which is not correct, when i investigate till dec 2016, account was clear, because of meter reading guy's mistake we did not receive three months bill jan 17, feb-17, and march-17, then we recieved the bill in month of april, it was arear 6662, three months total unit 286,, so how it will rs 6662, please check and solve the issue. Also punish the meter reading guy (Kunu, from nandipur),, why he is casual and irregular, we beleive in nesco and want to stay with nesco. Please help and solve the issue.

          I am raising my voice with a dip believe in our new system by our honourable pm.

          It's an embarrassing power supply service. Without any reason each and every day power cut is happening very frequently.

          Today it reched the worst condition at jajpur k road. The weather was absolutely fine but at kanheipur area but we had to face problem due to power cut within an interview of 15 to 30 min.

          And this is not the first time.in a normal day time at list 1 and half hour the power supply has been taken off by the authority.

          Please look into this matter and huge improvement is demanded to rectify the issue.

          We the people of Matha sahi balasore make you concern about the fact that there is a frequent power cut occuring in our area. The days are so hot that we are unable to stay comfortably without electricity.
          We therefore request you to kindly investigate on this and make ourselves relieved from the suffering.

          Dear sir in santara area of jajpur road there is small transformer as a result the voltage is only 130 due to which are so many equipment are failed to run kindly upgrade the transformer in that area. It is causing great uncomfortable and loss of life and property.

            The power supply company NESCO cuts the power for about 12 hours a day with minimum two whole nights in such summer w/o any reason. Starting from the Electric man to the, JE, EE, SE and AO never respond to the consumer complaints and request. In winter power cut with reason maintenance but never seen such work since 1988. Life is at risk due to their dangerous and irresponsible infrastructure

              Sir, this is ashis kumar pradhan, from tihidi block, bhadrak. We had suffered problem due to uninterrupted power cut continously. Sir we are unable to rest nither day time nor night time without fan. Sir we are not very rich man, we are not capable to use smart accessories like inverter, solar. Sir plz, kindle listen me and resolve this problem. Hope you under stand my feelings.

                This is regarding i am one of the consumer staying in binjharpur, jajpur . here this is regarding bill issue where i have already spoke with junior engg and as well as sdo binjharpur but not getting any resolution, The reason for the complain is that i was staying out of station and nobody staying the location where i am having power connection, only i came sometime to check my house once in a 2 to 3 month gap, and due to some reason the service cable was boken for which i am not getting power to my home, so i raise several complain but nobody that time coming to my home to repair as well as i donot had much time so i didnot followup with them, but i saw after 2 year there is a huge bill which is almost rs 29000, which is not acceptable, without using power why should i pay that bill, as well as i raise several complain to your junior engineer to install meter from the day i took connection but he is least bother about that .

                So my complain is that i will not pay that extra amount as i have not used as well as if the consumer not paid the first bill why the line was not disconnected and why the bill was raised till rs 29000 . i already paid rs 5000 to get the connection once again even i want that amount need to adjust in my next bill

                  Aarta Biswada is a clark officer at Karanjia electric office, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Orissa, 757037.
                  Last 30 years he is thefting electricity not only for himself but also for others by bypassing the meter. and for that he took some commission for each and individual in that area. Almost big big go-down, showrooms and houses he has done setup and made this an extra income since 30 years. whenever there will be any check in happened, he will make the things correct before the person come for verification. Currently he is holding a big house around 1 core cost property which is impossible to have for a middle class clark officer. He also took lakhs of commission from the big big business man who ever is
                  having cold storage because he helps to reduce the electricity bill by manipulating.

                  As a responsible citizen i feel to inform about him, such that he punished as per Indian constitution.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Meter defective reported on 18th July 2016 and same was verified by Astt.Eng.
                    But till now meter has not been replaced after so many reminder & follow up.
                    Instead of replacing meter, penalty charges are adding in bill.
                    If matter will not be taken up with higher Authorities, I will apply to Consumer Court or Regulatory Commissioner.

                      Its been a daily power cut for 6-7 hours during day time and frequent power cuts for half and hour or so throughout the day in the Purushottampur village area. PO: Nayakrishnapur. Electical supply by Nesco Utility. Pathetic services. Please get it resolved as soon as possible. The electricity provider are taking it granted. The frequent electricity failures can damage our household goods. Please look into it as soon as possible.

                                We the villagers of (Masani sahi), GP:- MANANDA, Jashipur, Mayurbhanj beg to state that we are in dark since last 15 days.It is because one of the electric pole has leaned a little due to rain.We the villagers went thrice to Jashipur SDO and JEE. But SDO doesn't respond to our words because we are poor villagers and he chases us out of his office saying that he has lot many works and no time for us.

                                We all depend on agriculture for our livelihood. When we spoke to the lineman first of all he wanted money from us, when we denied he asked us to go to office and report the matter.We all villagers of (Masani Sahi) wasted our three valuable days and still waiting for our lights to glow.

                                  Sub: Correction in monthly Bills
                                  Consumer No:[protected]
                                  With reference to the above subject and Consumer No. we wish to inform you that we are not receiving proper bills according to the meter reading around more than six months. We have given complaint to the concerned S.D.O. In Basudevpur. He assured us that the problem will be solved soon. But it is already more than two months and the problem is not yet solved.
                                  We have received a bill for Rs. 4270/- on 23.9.2012 and when we approached the Officer, he calculated and asked us to pay Rs. 2050/- and said that with this payment the problem will be solved and next bill will be according to the proper meter reading and we paid the same amount.
                                  But next month also we have received a bill for Rs. 1533/- for October and Rs. 1908/- for November and we have not received proper bill, and the amount was more than meter reading. Then immediately we approached the officer and given complaint on 01.10.2012, He has given one statement for the last one year showing some unpaid monthly bills, but we have paid all the monthly bills and shown him the cash receipts. After this, he told us that by 1st week of December, the problem will be solved and now it is already end of December and still the matter is not solved.
                                  If this problem is not solved immediately, our bill amount will amount to a big amount and it will be a problem for us to pay at one time.
                                  We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
