Sir, i sri shibanarayan panigrahi applied for electric connection to my house under saubhgya scheme.in january 2019 jaleswar section line man come & handover me some cable, switch board and one cfl bulb without connecting service wire in electric pole and confirm me he will come after some days and connect the service wire in electric pole. But after so-many request till date not come. Surprisingly after 07month a mobile massage come with my mobile 02month electric bill is pending in my consumer number-[protected]. Hence it is requested kindly issue power connection & correction the electric bill. As soon as possible.

    I am a villager of dumurdiha, bisoi, mayurbhanj. Here is the problem that the current department cut the current anytime they want there is no time table to supply current. And if there are some clouds are seen they cut the current and also if it rains a little there is a current cut of a whole day and after it the current will be dim...
    It is here dim current for last 4 days now so that we couldn't use any electrical appliances

      High electricity bill... My consumer no. Is[protected]. I have received a bill of rs-821 for july 19. I am staying alone & also working. So not staying at day time. Only 1 fan & 1 light i use from evening 7 pm to 9.30pm.in weekend also i go home. Not using ac, harldly once use of washing machine & no need to use induction heater as these are not required for me. Kindly look into the matter & solve the issue as soon as possible. So that i would be oblidge to you.

        Dear sir,

        I am sudhansu sekhar panda writing this email on behalf of my father shri dhirendra kumar panda.

        With reference to nesco consumer number bg - 78212, a/c no[protected] and meter no-989773,

        I want to inform you that the said meter was not working since april 2016. When it was observed that the meter reading count is not increasing, then it has been reported to nesco office and a written complaint was submitted to electrical je seregarh, balasore and one copy of the same was submitted to electrical sdo nilgiri, balasore on may 27, 2016 subject to requesting for change the faulty meter.

        From april 2016 onwards electricity bill for the said meter was coming with minimum billing amount. As we have given complaint to change the meter so we didn’t paid the bill and waited for action to be taken.

        But after waiting for so long when no action has been taken then as a reminder again a new written complaint letter was submitted to electrical sdo nilgiri balasore dated aug 18, 2017. Afterwards again another written complaint letter was submitted to electrical sdo nilgiri on june 30, 2018.

        From last 3 years my father had given complaints by personal visiting nesco seregarh and nilgiri offices so many times and given written complaints requesting to rectify or change the meter but till march 2019 there was no action taken.

        On april 2019 the faulty meter was changed after so may request and by personally visiting nesco office and as per nesco official instruction need to wait for next two months bill generation upon which the pending and arrear bill amount will be calculated on the basis of next two months meter reading.

        Below are the meter readings:

        1. May 2019- meter reading count is 25

        2. June 2019- meter reading count is 36

        After visiting nesco office with the two months bills for the payment, the officials have calculated and said to pay rs 13070/- and i had to pay the same amount.

        But the amount is very high as compared to my meter readings. As per me on average meter reading for the same is in between 10 to 20 and if we calculate with the same unit for 3 years the amount will come very less. Then why i had to pay this higher amount.

        Basis on the above i need revised bill as per my average bill unit came. So requesting you to take the action and revised the bill and kindly refund the additional amount i paid.

          I am from korai, dist jajpur. Power supply substance is in salakana, korai.

          Continuous power disrupt in our area. No one is available to contact for information.
          Every day there is an average of 4-5 hours of power cut. Little rain affect a hole night power cut. If a black cloud appears in sky then department will cut the power. Every hour there is a power cut for 5-10 mins during regular time which has an adverse affect to the house hold electric items. No help line number available to get information. No permanent employees are there in office to contact.

            I am a resident of Telkoi place where unnecessary power cut is been done without any reason and although i pay my monthly electricity bill uptodate but i didnt get much facility . There were many times the power cut continues for more than 2 days and sometimes power fluctuation happens number of times for which many of my appliances get damaged.Since our Country is getting advanced day by day.Everywhere PM has provided electricity but still why still there is issue for providing proper electricity.
            So, its a humble request to provide proper electricity to this place i.e Telkoi 758019.

              Sir,
              My electricity bill is coming in excess amount from the month of March 2019.I have complained regarding the same on 19.04.19 for installing a challenge meter by depositing a fee of Rs.300/-.I have approached the authorities several times, but they are not listening to my complaint.I am living here with a small family having two children & two adults.How the bill comes to such excessive amounts.Please instruct the concerned department to resolve the issue.

                  We are the villagers of baghanta village, po-orasahi, via-chandbali of bhadrak district. The line man regularly disconnect the electricity from the transformer for not paying electric bills by some customers, for which all people suffers. Please inspect the situation and take appropriate actions with in a stipulated time. Now the current supply has been cut by that electric man from 26-03-19.

                    With due respect i subham kumar swain a resident of samraipur, gelpur, bhadrak area wants to inform about the frequent power cut of our area. We need a new transformer to be installed in our area as we 7 houses share a lower power of transformer and transformer is unable to bear the load.
                    We are getting much troubled due to this frequent power cut and as summer season has arrived we will be facing a lot of problems in future.
                    Kindly consider our request of solving this problem of power cut and installation of a more power transformer.

                      In Bhugudakata, Baripada a big tree is bending towards the 33 kv high tension Line on my residential plot . So many times during storm the branches are touching the line and heavy sparking are occurring dangerously. The tree may fall any time during storm on the wire causing heavy damage. Further after my plot the line is going over the Rupsa -Bangriposi Railway line, which to my knowledge should have been passed under ground via cables. Under above mentioned eventualities possibility of causality is not ruled out. NESCO is requested to take urgent initiative either to remove the wire from the locality and cut the adjoining big trees near the line. Many peoples have lost their lives in the locality in recent past due to the line. The electric poles are also very old. ( this was probably the first line coming from Hirakud in past.) So, necessary action may please be taken as soon as possible.

                      No action from NESCO has been taken till today. Regular high speed storm has become a common thing in Baripada area now a days and I apprehend any accident can take place any day . Requesting early action from NESCO.
                      I am not able to pay my bill online.within the period of 7days the amount doesn't show in various payment app. please take immediate steps to solve the issue.Consumer ID[protected]

                        Today (Date of the incident), few individuals from nesco had come around 11:30 am in the morning. They were mostly jes. They were asking electricity bill. It was not clear which electricity bill they were asking for, as we have three separate meters installed. And since my father was in bathroom, i asked them to wait as i am not aware which meter on whose name. They had been waiting for 30 mins and they keep on ringing bell. Later they went from here angrily and right after they cut our electricity connection.
                        When we called someone from the office, that guy said as we have not paid electricity bill that's why they cut the connection.
                        Among the 3 meters we have, one is in dispute. That meter was not working properly and my father had raised complaint against it. And there was new meter installed.
                        That je guy who had come to our home did cut the electricity connection of main meter instead of the the dispute one which seems illogical.
                        They cannot cut electricity without informing us like that and even if they had to cut they should have done for the one, which they had come to receive bill payment.
                        It is completely unethical behaviour by the nesco employees towards their customers by disconnecting electricity for 6 long hours and the way they speak to the customers is really low-class. These employees only wanted to harass us and nothing else. Later onwards they took money from us simply to give our connection back.
                        Kindly please take some legal action.

                            Near Pakhar chhak under Neulpur section, Kuakhia Division an unauthorized electricity connection is given to a shop, which is adjacent to Chandikhole Duburi National Highway by Neulpur Jr Manager. The shope is on Govt Land and the land was also acquired for purposed road extension work.The shop keeper illigally acquired the land and take connection with helps of the officials of Nesco with an ill intention.May take necessary steps to protect the revenue of the Govt. and preventing genuine consumers not to demoralized.

Sir 2 mahine se hamare sarat me naya lagaya hua 33kv transformer se electry supply kiya ja raha hai per hamare yahan koi b problem na hote huye b jyadatar power cut kiya ja raha hai job ki udala division me har wakth electri rahta hai hamare yahan power na hone k karan ham sab ko koi paresani hoti hai.                                   My consumer no.[protected] and[protected] bill has not been generated in paper but the amount is showing if i try to pay online. So my question is how my bill is generated without taking my meter reading? Is it some kind of forgery that nesco is doing with customers those who pay online? Moreover my bill amount is abruptly high. I want some quick resolution and action to my complaint.

                                      बस्ती से हट कर हम कुछ लोगों ने घर बनाये हैं जो वहां एक नई बस्ती बन गयी है। पिछले दो साल से हम वहां राह रहें हैं बिना बिजली के । बिजली connection के लिए जाने पर बोल जाता है कि उतनी दूर तक नही हो पायेगा आप लोगों को नया transformer लगन होगा।
                                      जिस कारण से हमे बिजली connection नही मिल रहा है। जहां सरकार का दावा है हर घर बिजली पहुचने का।

                                        In bandira poshi village of jashipur since a month every day power cut is for more than 9hrs. And 3hrs. During night. It is very pain full and effecting our day to day life. Can it be corrected? Round the year frequent power failure and power cut is there. It is very much effecting our cultivation and health.
