Generally, my electricity bill around every month is less than 300 units.
but for the bill period march 2021, my bill unit is 947 unit

I purchased voltas 1.5 ton AC on march month and I have expected my bill should be around 400 units
despite that, it comes 947 units. my AC consumes very little electricity.

what is this?

Your meter reader of the above connection not giving the bill every month. On last day of March 2021 a bill having arrear of Rs9600.00 approx added to the bill which unjustified but I have paid it. It is a wrong bill. Compare the last five years bill and rectify immediately.It is a big issue. In this month your meter reader not generated the bill but bill generated in my paytm. I will check the invoice received from paytm there is all ok . Then i started searching this month bill on several websites there is no extra charge for privious month but the office ask for the privious month payment...

We are the villagers of Bamatia (Mishra sahi and Bania Sahi), Balikhand, Simulia, Soro Division. In our village transformer is in trouble as below

1. Poles are band towards one side like standing as 80% band towards ground.

2. We are not able to cut the electricity incase of emergency as ab switches are got damaged and not functioning which is very critical for villagers life.

Meter issued long back still not installed since more than 1.5yrs by the dept. We are not staying there but arrears and e.bill is coming at the end of the year. Unlawfully we had given fine with no metre connection for no reason in Mar'20. After than also metre was not installed. Why and whose negligency is this. Why we without using electricity with will bear penalty. This is injustice.

My self Rajendra Kumar Behera an inhabitant o[censored]dala NAC and my Consumer No. is[protected]. I have used only 22 units of electricity in the month of November 2020 but the meter reader has put it as 50 units.The meter reader gave me bill on 13th December 2020. I am using 5 KW solar grid with 8 batteries for my home. I occasionally used to charge electric supply to charge it during dull climate....

Not providing a new connection whether I deposited security money since 2 months, not getting an exact answer from the department....
