NPS — NPS NOT GIVING PENSION

My name is Broja Mohan Thakur, DOB 05.02.1955.In the yr 2010, I opened my NPS a/c in ICICIC BANK KOLKATA BRANCH (22.R.N.MUKHERJEE) My PRAN No is[protected]. I AM NOT GETTING NEITHER LUMP SUM NOR PENSION, ALTHOUGH I AM 60 YRS OLD. Have complaint to CRA & ICICI BANK(Upto MD level).CRA informed that ICICI BANK which is my POP & POP SP has not raised any claim on my behalf, ICICI BANK MUMBAI has started sending me mail & have done all jobs with my Kolkata ICICI BANK, as per instruction of MUMBAI. I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT, I AM A RETIRED PERSON, HAD DEPOSITED 6.5 LAKHS WITH NPS, THEN WHY WHY WHY I AM NOT GETTING MY PENSION. So either Bank or NPS is at fault.In the Month of August 2014, I recd mail from CRA that a Cliam ID has been initiated in NPS against my name, Claim ID [protected], upon receiving had contacted RN Mukerjee road ICICI BANK, branch the lady named ms SHAGUFA NASREEN, who could not help me.(I have nothing against her, it is the duty of Branch Manager to see that designated person knows his/her job & doing job properly).My a/c in that branch was opened in the yr 2005, during last 10 yrs I never seen any body in the cubical where it is mentioned MANAGER.This was my first shock that bank can not do my job while giving cheque she could take, of course deposited same an my NPS a/c.She was helpless about how to get my money back from NPS.She reffered me to Park street ICICI SECURITIES, they also could not help me .FOR ALL THESE REASON I AM FORWARDING THIS MAIL TO MD OF ICICI BANK, FOR HER TO SEE HOW A SENIOR CITIZEN IS HARRSED BY HER WELL REPUTED BANK. On 01.11.2014, I made a claim on net, Ack no[protected].On 23.02.15, I sold my house & shifted my residence, as well as Bank Branch (I had same a/c no which was given while opening NPS). So on 24.04.2015, I filled a form no 301, with supporting documents like new address & new bank a/c details.TILL NOW NOTHING HAPPENED.IF NOT GETTING PROPER FEEDBACK THEN WILL APPROACH HIGHEST AUTORITY.THIS IS NPS, I FEEL VERY VERY VERY SAD, THE WAY NPS IS WORKING.ALSO ABOUT ICICI BANK INDIA;S NO 1 BANK.BOTH OF ARE SHAME TO INDIA Tks & Bgrds B.M.THAKUR

When enter PRAN number to set password it says please enter valid PRAN.I have PRAN card also. Please clarify what is the reason?
