Respected sir, Name: suraj jallan D. O. B:[protected] Father name:-pradip jallan Order id : su-[protected]lo I have applied for new pan card as my old pand card was lost. The follwing are the details about my complaint: Applied for pan card: 29th may, 2017 Application received by pan online portal: 5th july, 2017 Coupon number generated : 6th july, 2017 Now when i check the track status the message written shows - verification pending for dpr resolution. I want to ask that what kind of verification they are doing from since two months.in the mail dt. 6th july, 2017, which i received for coupon number confirmation, they confirmed that i will get my pancard at my door step within 3-4 weeks. I have tried to contact them as i wrote a mail to [protected]@panind.com on 4th september, 2017 but still i got no reply from them. I just want to request you to help me in getting my pancard as soon as possible. It is urgently required by me for my official purpose. Thank you, Regards.
