[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — not getting refund of failed transaction | |||||
I have made some correction in PAN card 'ASKPP6190J' on 28th of march 2018. Amount was deducted successfully from my account. Now customer care is saying it was cancelled from their end but I have not received my payment back. I am mailing on daily basis for any details so that I can check with my bank but NSDL is not replying. On customer care I am getting reply on mail and nobody bother to reply to that mail. I am frustrated that no one is replying to my mail. Without any transaction ID or some details what should I say to ICICI bank customer care "NSDL is saying they have refunded so please refund my amount and they dont have any transaction ID of that refund".
