This has reference to the query/grievance raised at Consumer Forum.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that we are in the process of reviewing the forms and will inform the status to the subscribers in due course.
Further, your PRAN is registered under Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and same is active in CRA system. Currently, under APY, there is no provision to send PRAN card/I-PIN and T-PIN to the subscriber.
Further, CRA is pleased to inform you that a Mobile APP on APY and NPS lite by NSDL e-Gov having features to view account details, recent contribution, transaction statement and many more features is now available on Android. You can download and install the Mobile APP (APY and NPS lite) from
Google “Play Store”.
APY subscriber can view the transaction statement/e-PRAN by following below mentioned steps:
I. Subscriber having PRAN –
1. You need to click on link https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do
2. Select option “Click to search with PRAN”.
3. Enter your 12 digits APY PRAN.
4. Enter bank account number with which your APY account is linked.
5. Select view for subscriber (SOT view/ APY e- PRAN view).
6. Enter Captcha and click on Submit.
II. Subscriber unaware of PRAN –
1. You need to click on link https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do
2. Select option “Click to search without PRAN”.
3. Enter your name, bank account number and date of birth as given in the APY application form.
4. Select view for subscriber (SOT view/ APY e-PRAN view).
5. Enter Captcha and click on Submit.
After submission of details, you will be able to view and print your Transaction statement or e- PRAN.
Alternatively, the Atal Pension Yojana Service Provider (APY-SP) can also log into CRA website and print the Transaction Statement of the subscribers who are mapped to their office. You may contact your APY-SP in this regard.
