I would like to raise my grievance about the unacknowledged status of my e-kyc mode of pan application even after successful transfer of prescribed fee amount of rs.106.9 in behalf of nsdl department's upi client [protected]@icici. Please check into the following transaction credentials with phonepay upi platform at the earliest and enable my pan application swiftly for acknowledgement

Updated by Jim Benny PS- I wasn't even furnished with an adhar based OTP verification for completion of e-KYC since the dispensed payment via bhim UPI has not been recognised and further steps are still pending .I am a bit insecure to remit the fee a second time while hoping for a refund of the initial payment since there is no assurance that the inconvenience couldn't happen a second time
