I made an application online for pan card and paid the fee through netbanking account of my father. I find that the payment was made to samanta communications, anna salai, chennai and not to nsdl. I thought i was paying to nsdl. Now, i would like to cancel the payment to samanta and want the money returned as i do not need their services for obtaining the pan card. My new PAN card application acknowledgement number is [protected]. Documents were dispatched through speed post booked on 22.12.2016 and delivered on 26.12.2016. But status while searching showing that documents not received yet. Please confirm whether documents received or not?
