Dear sir / mam,
Please help us, we mail no. Of times to nsdl for pan card but no response till date. The below mention matter i was mail to nsdl email id. Please i request you to do the needful.

Please look at in this matter my wife rishu ([protected], [protected]) apply for new pan card. When you dispatch pan card due to our home located in rural area blue dart person not find proper address & returned back, unfortunately in that period my phone was stolen due to that my contact no. Also switch off. Only because of this communication gap pan card is not getting by us. So we are request you. Kindly redispatch pan card asap. Details mention below :-
