[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card not received - appn. Ack no. N-[protected] dt.20.11.2016

In spite of sending the proper documents, i have not received the pan card as per the above ack. No. —
Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 20/11/2016.
We have also sent various emails alongwith copy of pan details downloaded - screenshots, — profile from the incometax website showing the name of the pan holder — which is the proper proof, in addition to the scanned copy of the earlier pan card.
But in spite of sending the various documents, even copy of aadhaar card, copy of earlier pancard, screenshots of the profile from incometax website of the assessee etc.,
The pancard isstill not given since our acknowledgement is dated 20/11/2016

It is more than 4 months since documents sent and we have paid the required charges by online also.

my PAN-change request application ack. No. N-[protected] dated :[protected] status still showing under process for more than 45 days.

Kindly arrange to check and process the request immediately.
