Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card nsdl transaction failed but money deducted from bank account

Address:Times Tower, 1st Floor, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, PIN - 400013.

I've paid the fee of new pan card online 2 times at first i did the transaction through paytm and second time i've done it through bill desk both of the transaction were failed and highlighting that money was deducted from my account 106.90 rupees twice which costs me 213, this is the condition of our government websites which encourage the people to use another website for govt services.
