[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card re-dispatch due to horrible courier service | |
Dear sir/madam, I would like to register a complaint regarding my non receipt of the pan card. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. The courier service you used i. E. Bluedart courier is a highly irresponsible and consumer unfriendly service and has a previous track record for utmost disregard towards the needs of the recipient.in several previous occasions it has failed to deliver important consignments and has repeated the same for my pan card as well. Neither my family nor i received any form of communication before the delivery of the pan card and it is now being returned. Kindly utilise government channels of communication like speed post or registered post. I would like to request you to resend my pan card to the same address.
