Hi nsdl team,

I have applied for a new pan card on the name of anjala khan which was dispatched to my address. But i didn't receive the pan card as i was never informed by anyone and consignment returned back to nsdl when i had check the application status online.

Hence, i request you to re-dispatch my pan card to the below address.

Sir i found a discrepency stated with my acknowledgement status. But still didnt receive any discrepency form.

Your PAN application is marked for discrepancy due to following reason - "Form not signed/signature not proper/signature not in black ink." We request you to contact TIN Facilitation Centre (TIN FC) where you have made the application.
