[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PRAN becomes Inactive | |||||
Hi Team My name is ABHISHEK KUMAR GUPTA and have applied for PRAN on NSDL website and PRAN[protected] has been alloted to me and I had made the min contribution along with esign off. However have a account with ICICI and during my research incorrectly applied for NPS on their web site but not made any contribution and not signed the docs but without discussion ICICI has also applied a PRAN for me and one more PRAN has alloted to me. Now the issue is my correct PRAN[protected] is inactive and second PRAN is active however second PRAN is having all wrong details and pending for all verification. I have requested to your team many time that please activate my correct account and inactive the second account but they are not helpful. I had a discussion with ICICI as well and they are fine with the de activation. Please provide your support and activate the correct PRAN account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
