[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund money

Dear authority,
I applied for new pan card online on Feb 11 2017 through e- KYC and made payment as well and the payment was successful and rupees 116. 20 deducted from my bank account but a message generated "your e-KYC based request has failed hence you can not proceed the application with e- KYC". so I request you to cancel my PAN card application and refund my amount 116.20

Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 02-Mar-2017 by Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA564247442IN, at the address for communication
