I have applied for pan card thorugh www.onlineservices.nsdl.com but my ekyc was not completed and (Since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page ) this message poped up my token number is [protected]. I didn't received my refund.
