I applied for pan card using e-kyc option. But it failed and gave reason that some of the information does not match with adhar card. Apply using physical mode and the deducted money will be refunded within 7 working days. It has been more than 7 working days but still it has not been refunded and i have already applied for pan using physical mode. My token number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

On 19.07.2015 i had applied for new pan card but after completing the transaction website of nsdl said your mobile no. is not updated in aadhaar card and payment has been deducted from my bank account. My token no is [protected]. So you are requested to refund the sum
