[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Wrong dob in pan card | |||
Hi I had applied for change of name for my pan ahapc4776e. The name change happened correctly and i also received the pan card. However my dob has now been entered wrongly as 17/05/1985 instead of the correct dob which is 17/05/1984. I dont want to spend any more time & money for a mistake that is not mine. My acknowledgment number is [protected].and PAN card no is DOSPP1469F.please resend my pan card again because of the address issue it come but returned that day.Now this time please inform me at my mob no.[protected]. so i can come to collect my pan card at post office.

Please look where the Pan card is as it is needed urgently.Its been 4 months tht it is not received plus no status where it is.

Income Tax database shows that you may have already been issued PAN in your name earlier, hence the application is marked for investigation.
I had applied with NSDL online for a new pan.The token no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee
