[Resolved]  NSDL — Failure of the e-kyc

I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
Please refund my money.Details are given below:

If your money deducted and aadhar demographic error you will receive your money refund with In 10 days.

If any wanted to apply using ekyc pan paperless pan you can contact me for help at my mail I'd to resolve and apply your pan without out any errors instantly.

I have also applied for PAN but getting "Exception in generating Esign User PDF inside EsignController for token no XXXX". So eKYC is authenticated through AADHAR but not completed & got the error as per attached snapshot.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

No refund yet token no. is [protected], it says you will get refund under 7 days, I paid through airtel wallet and I don't have the money back, I didn't receive otp from adhaar registered no. that's where my application got rejected.
