Pan card: bfbpr2942r
Ack no: [protected]

I had applied for duplicate pan card with changes on 8th march 2017.
Also sent the documents to pune.
On 21st march the status was
"we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl"

The status has not changed since then.
No one picks the helpline number or replies on the email.

Please help us because we need the pan very very urgently.

    My pan card address and name changes application acknowledgement number: [protected] dated 15th february, 2017.

    The status showing under process, now it is more than two months we are not able to get it. And when we try to call their customer help line number[protected], we get the engaged toon all time, also sent request/reminder mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response. Please help us, we are totolly not able to process any activities of our business without it.

      Text of the letter sent to sebi
      Further all my divedend cheques tobe retrived of the shares i am holding from 2010 please advise and action against standard charter securites for their lapse / carelessness.

      I write to inform you that i am holding above named a/c with m/s standard charter securities since 2004 when the demat charges were rs200/- per annum only.
      Later they increased to rs 600/-
      Further in 2012 to rs2000/-
      In 2014 to rs 4000/-also in 2015.
      One can notice from my account no trasactoins were done during 2010 onwards till date.
      Also no intimation reached undersign as inspite of giving letter wrt change of address though acknowledged on 18/07/2011
      Did not take any action and in the pretext that their form should be filled and sent kept the matter in abeyance.

      I do not know whether sebi has any control towards the loot done by mnc, once the customer comes into their grip extracts money like ancient money lenders or worst in connivance.

      Further they also closed my saving a/c with them in 2010 without intimation and because all the divend cheque received though written in instructions were not deposited increasing the client hardship

      Complaint ticket no. Of standard charter securities is ticket i d 166146 & ticket i d 166247

      Vide this letter i request
      1) waive considerable demat charges wrongly charged due to their error
      2) several dividend cheques tobe renewed by suitable current dates
      3) instructing them to close my demat a/c without delay
      4) you may get the same verified by nsdl

        E-kyc pan application status says "not received documents"

        I had applied for pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 16/04/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected].
        On completion i received this message,

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But now when i check my pan application status...

        Application for pan card was made on 24/03/2017 application number [protected]. documents received by nsdl and confirmed that the same is received on 30/03/2014. but still date pan has not been received status shown as documents received and application under process called the call center but in vain pending for more than 15 days. call centre lines are always busy number 27218080 is always busy unable to connect

              Further when i am trying to call on your helpline nos. As given on your portal, no one receives the call and the status still same as above.

              It is more than a month going to be lapsed, i indeed need a pan no. For further necessary actions.

                I have applied for many pan card on 3rd march 2017 on nsdl and payment is also successfull. But from last 45 days it is showing me the same status that application is received and under verification. In fact it has become much more than 40 days. Going to be a 1 & off month almost. I am in urgent need of pan card. Please help me out with this. Its really really urgent. Even the customer care numbers provided on their website is not working and i have sent them many mails also. But no reply. Either give my money back or issue me my pan card asap. Please help me. Please help to get the card

                        We also send a mail for further quiry but no respond from NSDL team.

                          My mother has applied for new pan card vide ack no [protected] in feb 17.

                          All documents has been received by your office on 25 feb 17.

                          Till now the online status showing the following-
                          "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl"

                          my mother have to give her pan in bank and it's been two months since she has applied for the pan nd till now we are still waiting for the pan.

                          If nsdl would take this much time then what is the need for online application process. This process is snailed pace slow as compered to the earlier offline process.

                          Also, one more thing i want to highlight that on calling the nsdl helpline, it keep on saying that line is busy. And already i have already send multiple email to their official email ([protected]@nsdl.Co.In), but, nsdl not even answered once.

                          I want to know why there is delay in the process.

                            I use NSDL website to create a new pan card. Temporary Token is [protected] . I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 16/04/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. So till not reflected in my account. So please I want my detected money. Why because I am already applied physicalmode so I want detected money . they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. Thank you.

                              Pending way since long. Have called them so many times and the only reply I get is to wait for 3 to 4 days which has converted into months now.
                              Hope there is some resolution soon. The govt claims to have been on fast track mode on 1 end and the ground reality is different.

                                    My wife has applied for name change on pancard on 5th jan 2017 we still haven't received pancard with new name. If we check the status on NSDL website it says "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/[protected] for further processing of your application." My Acknowledge no. is [protected], Could you please help me to know why this is stuck in process. I required this urgently as its required for aadhar card and aadhar is required for passport.
