We applied on line for issuance of PAN for APEDA Employees Credit and Thrift Society on 16th February 2017. The Acknowledgement no. is N[protected]. The hard copy of the application has also been received in the NSDL office as informed vide their email dated on 10th March 2017. The PAN card has not been issued even after more than one month. Therefore, it is requested to kindly expedite the process and issue the PAN for APEDA Employees Credit and Thrift Society immediately as all the banking transactions are suspended due to requirement of the PAN.

No. Is [protected] then i have check status then write we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan. Submit documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan.       I, shruti pandey (Acknowledgment no:[protected]) had applied for the pan card on the january 21st and its been 3 months now and i have not yet received it. And its really urgent for me to get me my pancard. Its always shopwing that its under facilition center, even after calling so many times at the number, there is no response from the other side. I hope my problem gets solved soon.

        I am pan singh. I have applied first time pancard on 06.02.2017 but till date are not issued pancard i have urgent require pancard but status is income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application. Then i call nsdl customer care he says your request re-issued.

        I am calling this no.[protected] day to day but call not receive it.
        What i do for this pancard? Please answer me

          Respected sir,

          In the last week of february, i applied for the pan card. My pan application acknowledgment number is [protected]. Now it has been around a 2 month, but i have not yet heard back anything on my pan card application status. When i check my pan card status on portal, it's showing that "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl".

          I tried to reach through phone as well as email but i couldn't get through. I am really disappointed with this kind of services.

          Therefore, i’m requesting you to please issue the pan as soon possible.

          Dear Krishnadas,

          Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. We are following up with concern team for earliest resolution
          PAN applied for my daughter . Acknowledgement [protected] over 3 months ago. First NSDL website said half a dozen calls made to call center. Reminders sent on 12.5.17, 6.6.2017, 12.6.2017 and 20.06.2017 & 27.06.2017 and requested to issue without Aadhar if aadhar seeding fails.
          Most irresponsible service i have come across. You need patience of an ### to get through the call center. When finally get through, they just repeat check after 5 days. Do not apply their mind at all. WORST EVER SERVICE.
          Career of a child is getting affected as recruiters asking for PAN during campus interview.

            I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my mother. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card of bank of baroda. My balance was deducted from the bank on 10/04/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status

            "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

            I have not received my refund till now.

              Failure of the e-kyc

              I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
              Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

              Hello,
              Pan card: bfbpr2942r
              Ack no: [protected]

              I had applied for duplicate pan card with changes on 8th march 2017.
              Also sent the documents to pune.
              On 21st march the status was
              "we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl"

              The status has not changed since then.
              No one picks the helpline number or replies on the email.

              Please help us because we need the pan very very urgently.

                My pan card address and name changes application acknowledgement number: [protected] dated 15th february, 2017.

                The status showing under process, now it is more than two months we are not able to get it. And when we try to call their customer help line number[protected], we get the engaged toon all time, also sent request/reminder mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response. Please help us, we are totolly not able to process any activities of our business without it.

                  Text of the letter sent to sebi
                  Further all my divedend cheques tobe retrived of the shares i am holding from 2010 please advise and action against standard charter securites for their lapse / carelessness.

                  I write to inform you that i am holding above named a/c with m/s standard charter securities since 2004 when the demat charges were rs200/- per annum only.
                  Later they increased to rs 600/-
                  Further in 2012 to rs2000/-
                  In 2014 to rs 4000/-also in 2015.
                  One can notice from my account no trasactoins were done during 2010 onwards till date.
                  Also no intimation reached undersign as inspite of giving letter wrt change of address though acknowledged on 18/07/2011
                  Did not take any action and in the pretext that their form should be filled and sent kept the matter in abeyance.

                  I do not know whether sebi has any control towards the loot done by mnc, once the customer comes into their grip extracts money like ancient money lenders or worst in connivance.

                  Further they also closed my saving a/c with them in 2010 without intimation and because all the divend cheque received though written in instructions were not deposited increasing the client hardship

                  Complaint ticket no. Of standard charter securities is ticket i d 166146 & ticket i d 166247

                  Vide this letter i request
                  1) waive considerable demat charges wrongly charged due to their error
                  2) several dividend cheques tobe renewed by suitable current dates
                  3) instructing them to close my demat a/c without delay
                  4) you may get the same verified by nsdl

                    E-kyc pan application status says "not received documents"

                    On completion i received this message,

                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                    But now when i check my pan application status...

                            I have applied for many pan card on 3rd march 2017 on nsdl and payment is also successfull. But from last 45 days it is showing me the same status that application is received and under verification. In fact it has become much more than 40 days. Going to be a 1 & off month almost.                               My pan card must be delivered on 9- march-2017 but unfortunately it's still not delivered
                              Sir/mam kindly plz put your attention on my complain...
                              I am facing a big problem without my pan card
                              I can't open my saving account without pan card...
                              That's why am not getting my salary

                                  I took pan card from 'panipat (haryana) around 9 yrs back, now i transferred to my native place also I have applied for correction, but my Jurisdiction was not changed, can you please transfer my jurisdiction to as below,

                                    This is Ramraj Singh..I have applied for new pan card on my acknowledgement number N-[protected] on date 30.03.2017.
                                    18 days back i applied ...
                                    I am checking my pan card status at NSDL status track.

                                    Present status is:- We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL.

                                    We also send a mail for further quiry but no respond from NSDL team.

                                    This status is unchanged since 18 Days.

                                    Pls make it fast...I need pan card ..For my job process
