I have order some plants through nurserylive.com since May 2020 starting. Since order, i try to contact them. But vendor web site no contact number not mentioned. They have provided one whats-app number and presently that also not working even if I send any msg to that number, no one response / reply me. Yesterday I chat with their team and request them to cancel my order and refund my 100% amount. As of now I order 5 times, one of that only 1 order 50% materials they have deliver. Even that material quality is too poor. Balance 50% order against that particular order, when they will deliver, we don't know. Was this information helpful? | |

I placed my order on 27th May and am yet to receive any communication around the same. After a lot of messages to their chat section, got a single email on 9th June apologizing for the delay. However, since then there has been no further communication from them and neither has the order been dispatched. Very disappointing and unexpected. This is not the first time I have ordered from them.
I want my money back ...I had ordered on 30th of June still not getting my order
Now I get it why they don't have any optn for cash on delivery...They r fake ...I want my money back...Give my money back asap otherwise I will not spare yu ...such an bad app
