I have placed an order online on 19.06.2021 with 100% advance payment of Rs. 1901.00 which was promptly acknowledged on my email ID and above order no. was given. But thereafter there is no response at all. To my surprise I found no contact no given online by nursery live . So I had sent Numerous chat messages to them since this is the only method provided both in their website as well as their App. But no response till date and my order is being shown as pending. Today after lot of research on Google I was able to reach one of their contact no .[protected] where one gentlemen first tried to convince me that. Above order no is not an order no but tracking no only but later on confirmed that our order is showing as pending .Then I asked him as to when it is being dispatched .He mentioned that when it is showing pending that means it is pending and payment refund has been done that is why it is showing as pending. At this point I strongly contended that no such refund is received at my end .Then he enquired about mode of my payment which I told him is Paytm .He then immediately mentioned that they r operating only Google pay or phonepe. Then again when I expressed my shock, he mentioned that he will check whether he can transfer the payment through Paytm and after confirmation he will call back but I insisted that I am holding the line but he immediately disconnected. Thereafter I tried to call the same no.so many times but every time either my phone is being disconnected or no response or it is busy. I suspect a fraud has been committed by them. Another reason to belive so is that the automatic voice message when I am calling the no and it is busy, is in Bangla language. Was this information helpful? | |
