Sir/mam, i had placed an order on nurserylive. they have failed to deliver the order and are also not canceling the order. The money was sent to them via UPI mode of payment. their customer care is non existent and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not replied. i kindly urge you to take necessary action,

Updated by rahul rawat 9108 despite multiple request to cancel the order, nursery live has cleverly cheated once again. i had asked the customer care to cancel my order on 20/05/2021. cleverly they reply 10 days later and even then they ask reason for cancellation. after giving the reason, they ship the product which is still late on 1/6/2021. now the consumer care is absolutely non responsive.please refer to the images below.

15/5/2021- they said order will be dispatched in next 2 days. it was not dispatched.
after 4 days
19/5/2021- requested for cancellation
after 11 days
30/5/2021- they asked for reason for cancellation.

1/6/2021- they ship the product late

i humbly demand strict action against nurserylive. such website are ruining the online consumer market.
