[Resolved]  Nv Technology — fraud company fraud agreement fraud advocate fraud notice

I'm also facing same issue with NV Technology, Aurangabad. I've came to know that it's fake, after providing my ID proof & other details. Now they are asking for money through advocate association. I've registered complaint here https://www.consumercomplaints.in as I found many complaints about the company here. So please inform me if any further steps required from my side regarding this. They are continuously sending sms regarding it's the last chance to settle, othewise they will move legally. They used same stamp paper (No.UK 5115) for making agreement.
Pls reply if any information available with related.

I got reply from [protected]@gmail.com, but not yet resolved the issue.
The other mail id, I've mentioned above in other comment was wrong, but that was found in the FAQ section.

My brother is facing same problem as yours.I have registered the case in consumer complaints and receiving reply from consumer helpline they said that your agreement is valid so you pay the amount to terminate the agreement..how can my agreement is valid as stamp paper no. is same as others UK 5115.Please help me so that i am relieved from this

i talked with company to your side..Company said that you sign legal
agreement with company..so you have to terminate your agreement in company and free from all problems.
your file gone for legal action ...if you want avoid legal action you just pay agreement amount."

But my question is how they can simply hear their words and give reply to us. As it's clear evident that they cheated many people by using same stamp paper bearing no. UK 5115. Hence their contract must be void. Do not give reply to any fake notice sent by any fake advocate associate, only give reply if you receive any notice from court. They cannot proceed with in such a way. Because their agreement itself is fake and fraud work, how can they go for legal. So pls don't pay a single payment to these cheaters, stay strong, give your complaints to your nearest police station or state cyber cell. We cannot depend only on https://www.consumercomplaints.in as they cannot stand besides us & not able to resolve this situation. This is not an authenticative authority for handling such issues. If so, they might have provided us any contact details for us, but nothing given in the sites itself. Also give complaints to any Govt forums. I think they are still doing their fraud & fake work offer to many people in our country at different locations.Let us make sure they will stop this work as soon as possible.

They are sending same stamp papers to all with same date and 100 rs stamp which is illegal so plz help me to if anyone of you has resolved or overcome with this problem plz help.

I am also facing the same problem. I submitted my complaint with proofs. But still they are sending the messages. But should we do. I am not worrying about that. But I want to teach them a lesson. So please help me to stop this .

I forgot to tell u that recently I got a mail from them . What did they said that I[censored] mark the complaint as solved then we have to help u from this. It means they are blackmailing and cheating me like this.
