[Resolved] Nykaa.com — failure to deliver products | |||
On 22nd nov, 2019 i ordered products worth inr 1956 from nykaa shopping app. They dispatched the products via shadowfax courier services which reached my nearest hub on 24th november. Since then there has been no update either from nykaa or from the courier service. I have got in touch with nykaa thrice between 24th november and 2nd dec 2019 regarding the status of my order. Nykaa promised delivery by 29th november, but i have not received the products yet. Now the company is not taking responsibility for the order. Neither are they refunding my money. The courier partner used does not have any contact details either. I demand compensation for all the harassment nykaa has put me through. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They tracked my shipment. Figured out the issue and refunded the payment as soon as possible. | |||

On 3/12/2019 I made a transaction through google pay of 538 Rs and amount was debited now nykaa is denying that they didn’t got the amount and my bank is saying that it was a successful transaction.
