Nykaa.com — Fake /not original product | |||
I ordered loreal true match concealer from Nykaa.com.I had another same product from shoppers stop.When I got the shipment from nykaa.com, I was suspicious after seeing the packaging.It was different from my other product.but when I opened it, I got a broken makeup brush.It seems somebody used it and then returned and this nykaa.com people sent it to me after repacking it.Very very dissapointed with nykaa. I am a regular customer of Nykaa and this time i ordered a product by mistake. i registered for a reversal and refund of the said product. its been more than 24 hours and i have not been contacted. i got a ticket no. 781654.its so unethical not to fullfill the terms and conditions of the said website. kindly resolve my issue asap
