Nykaa.com — order not confirmed but money deducted. refund not received till date. | |
My name is kumari pallavi nykaa account with my gmail id "[protected]@gmail.com" I have done a transaction on 14-feb-2019 of amount rs.2319 using upi payment and money got deducted but order was not successful at nykaa. Bank of baroda and bhim both have confirmed that they have successfully made the transaction and have not received and refund from nykaa. Hence nykaa has to initiate the refund.
