Nykaa.com — duplicate product received from nykaa denying to return the product | |||
Hi team, I have ordered 9 cosmetics product from nykaa website. Out of 9 i have requested 7 products initiated all are branded but i have received duplicate product. I have an issue for authentication of product because they are pasted sticker on their packaging. And also different color and packing of the product. Many times i have requested to return the product as i have spend 3647 on this order. Kindly resolve my issue and help me out get back my refund.
