Nykaa.com — duplicate product received from nykaa denying to return the product | |||
Hi team, I have ordered 9 cosmetics product from nykaa website. Out of 9 i have requested 7 products initiated all are branded but i have received duplicate product. I have an issue for authentication of product because they are pasted sticker on their packaging. And also different color and packing of the product. Many times i have requested to return the product as i have spend 3647 on this order. Kindly resolve my issue and help me out get back my refund. Product details that i have requested for return L'oreal paris true match super blendable powder - r3c3 rose beige, colorbar mesmereyes kajal, colorbar waterproof liquid eyeliner - black, colorbar perfect match primer, l'oreal paris true match super-blendable foundation - r2c2k2 rose vanilla, lakme 9 to 5 primer + matte lip color - mr20 ruby rush, lakme 9 to 5 primer + matte lip color - mr9 red letter My order i'd nyk[protected] Few chat screen shot is for your reference. Jan 14, 2020 Updated by Roushan Jahan Hi Team they are not returning all product. Which is totally fake product. They have pasted sticker on the product to proof that is original. I want to return it also but they are denying to return.it has been not used. They making customer fool on the name of their brand. I have already used the original product and checked in their packaging no sticker has pasted. They are not accepting thier mistake. They have comment that we are returning but out of 7 product they are returning only 5 product. Product name is mention below that not returned yet. And attaching picture for your reference.
