[Resolved] Oasis Resource Management — overseas job recruitment

I was referred to this company by my cousin as one of their agent (Name sonam, designation sr. Manager - international, m:[protected]) called him for overseas job, as he didn't have interest so he referred me.. I paid 2160inr (Rupees two thousand one hundred and sixty only) online through my credit card with job application form. The agent promised me that if i dont get a job then this money will be refunded back to me..
Now, the issue is i am crooked because it's been over a month paying that money and these guys haven't done any procedure for my job. Whenever i try to get in touch with the agent, either she is unreachable or on holiday.
I received an email for paying more 60000inr for sign up.. I don't want to pay that money and want my 2160inr refunded to me..
Please help

I got a call from their Delhi branch and they asked me regarding my issues..the girl was kind and understood my issue and also took initiative to refund my registeration charges..the process was long but they refunded me rs. 2000/- and i am happy with the executive called Shreya.

Oasis Resource Management customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Oasis Resource Management Customer Care's response Dear Mickee, Thanks for writing your concern. you have just paid the money for the evaluation that whether you are eligible for the International Exposure or not, well its your choice that if you wish to continue further basis on the result if comes positive to avail the services. company being only into consulting not any promises towards the assurance. however if you not comfortable to move further then please contact company to get the solution or detailed clarity of the process.

Its you have received the reference from one of your known sources that shows the value for the Consulting firm OASIS. However please get in touch with the company in person or via mail to get more clarity on your exposure / refund.
