I ordered Smart irobot vacuum cleaner from ohmydeals.in on 13th Oct. It was being advertised as a flash sale of 50% and the amount to be paid was rs 5999 after the discount. The product is being advertised here https://ohmydeals.in/collections/featured-collection/products/smart-robotic-vacu...⇄
I chose to pay rs 5999 as COD. I received a call from their executive (from this number[protected] to confirm the order. The product was delivered on 17th Oct. I paid rs 5999 to the courier man and kept the packet aside for 1 day for disinfecting. I opened it yesterday and realised that the product is not an irobot it is some other strange Company item which doesnt even work properly. It has no suction to even pull up the smallest amount of dust. I immediately emailed them but didnt hear back. I tried calling their executive on the number given above but she is not picking my call nor did she reply to my WhatsApp. My 7 days return window gets over on Friday . I want to return the product and get my money back. But no one is responding to my complaints. They do not have any customer care number listed on their website which is illegal..
You are requested to kindly help me get my money back sir madam.

My order number is #D4249 I forgot add that. The product they advertise is Smart irobot vacuum cleaner. The product they give you is from Jallen Gabor IS25 it's a ridiculous product cant even suck up a grain of dust!

Same happened to me too . They sent a product which is different from the one brong advertised. The product sent to me XIMEIJIE.
Doesn't suck at all . It's a total fraudulent company.

This happened to me also . We have been messaging through mails and Instagram they see the message and no reply from them . They had asked a video of the product and we sent it too but there was no response . The product so fake and the product was some other company from the advertisement. They are such a fraudulent website . The number which they have given is also switched off.

I faced same situation, being local I have sent my person at address mentioned as A-08;Electronic City phase 4 Gurugram. The address mentioned do not exist .
Even I have sent person at C105, Sector 105, Noida, it is locked n after checking with Society president, it is found that no one stay there.
I have discussed the matter with cyber crime cell, it is suggested that we should find the booking source from Blue dart, as I have revived thru blue dart.
These people are looting us.
Let us unite, I request you to share invoice copy of the same if some one has received.

There is no invoice for the sale made.. unfortunately. This matter can be looked at by gst department beter than the police as this company changes companies to fraud people..

I too bought the same vacuum robot.. was told it was MI clearance sale..
Produce sent ximeijie.. useless no suction at all.. even light dust is left unattended. This product is available in grey market at 999/- ..

Chaaya chopra is the name of the lady at +[protected].

I wish to go for a refund but no replies for phone, emails, ..

I noticed that shoptail the firm who did the transaction was registered on 19th of November..
This is surely a fraud company..

I had ordered the Smart iRobot Vacuum Cleaner × 1 on 30th November 2020 for 4999 my order number is 6491 but i have received the wrong item on 1st December 2020 received XIMEIJIE XM30 Vacuum cleaner which is not what was ordered ????? Its just a toy tryed to contact them but no reply from mail or mobile number from the courier packed which is switch off
This oh my deal is a big fraud and just need people to know about the mater so posted my review on they web sight but my review is not showing their good review are being displayed to make people mad

The same thing happended with me. I paid cash of Rs.4, 999/-, but the vaccume cleaner is of some other company XIMEIJIE XM30 and is not in working state. No one is picking up my call. Chhya Chopra was the name told by the lady on telephone . Now she is not picking up my call. It seems that the company is a big fraud. How do I get my money back?

If you look at their sponsored ads on Facebook/Instagram, it has a number positive comments/reviews from a lot o[censored]sers. If you dig further into each of those user accounts, all those users are fake profile with no details available for each one of them. These users are all created by this fraudlant company as their purpose was to scam customers into buying faulty products by showing the a large number of positive social media reviews.

Requesting everyone to go to their sponsored ads and mark them as scam; such that social media platform can take these ads and these fake users down from their website.

Same happend with me too. I ordered the product as it was mentioned smart IROBOT I paid cash of Rs.4, 999/-, but the vaccume cleaner is of some other company XIMEIJIE XM30 and is not in working state. No one is picking up my call or responding on email. How to take it with cyber crime please.

Same with me.. I have also ordered irobo vaccum cleaner and it's totally fraud.. have seen its ad on Facebook. It's really tough to trust anyone. We think we should support made in India things and we are cheated like this then how to trust any new company?
If anyone doing online compalin please help with same.
