I Have purchased okinawa electric scooter from Faridabad, but afterward relocated to Mohali. After having multiple communication with customer care, sales team for servicing of my electric scooter. They are not even responding for service support. Initially they have lodge the complaint but afterwards there is no response. Still i am waiting response from their side.
