At around 10:30pm on feb 14th when i am trying to book a cab the app restarted and a message popped in saying my account is suspended and asked me to check after 24 hours or go to support. After waiting for 24 hours and i still couldn't get into my ola account i dropped a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com and after multiple mails i got a reply saying that they will look into the issue. After few more emails and no response from them i received a mail saying that my account is permanently blocked as i've violated ola policies which i am pretty sure i haven't. Even if they say so, i am asking for the report on which terms or policies i've violated? Isn't there a need for me to know? If they say i've violated their policies, they have to send in a mail saying that you have violated so and so policy and that's why we are suspending your account. I haven't been provided with any reason. I've been a regular user of olacabs from past 3-4 years. I've been using ola as my daily commute vehicle for 4 to 5 times a day from past 6 months and what i've received is a blocked account without proper reason. It's about the trust factor of your customers. Their drivers are very clear that ola management is not going to take any action against them on their misconduct. Incase of any argument on fare, distance, drop or pickup location, they simply say if you want you can complain to ola and it's your headache. There is no proper customer care service available. Have been using ola over uber only because it's an indian entity but ola is not leaving any chance for us but to switch to uber by behaving like goons. Their customer care people are rude and deny to provide any information.

After complaining to them via grievance id there is no reply from them .
they should at least submit the reason of blocking my account.
its my right to the reason behind blocking my Account.
