Booked an ola cab using your mobile app and after some time got a call from the driver. He says he was on the main road and wanted me to come
to him, all this during heavy rains - which was the reason I had to call a cab anyway. After requesting him for about 5 mins to come to my apartment building, he
accepted as if he was doing me a huge favour. Anyway, when I turn up downstairs, he's no where to be seen. After some time I was able to
reach him on his mobile and that's when the "fun" started !
He informs me he has left the place and lo and behold starts abusing me with things like I'm not your father's servant and I don't go beyond main roads and into narrow lanes and some other bull in what has to be the worst behaviour I have ever come across from any vendor/driver. Imagine standing in the rain, trying to find the cab you have booked well in advance, getting late for your meeting and listening to Ola's eloquent drivers complaining about narrow shady lanes ! And in case you are wondering, the place is a high-rise in goregaon east with at least a 100 cars parked around including BMWs and SUVs, so I wonder whether you mistakenly sent the person in
a hummer or something that he found the road to be too narrow.
Moreover, when I told him I will take the matter up with his company, he was least bothered and said no one's father could cause any trouble to him. I seriously wonder where do you get these "Royal" drivers with "father"-ly attachments, but they certainly are not here to get people from A to B forget being courteous. A quick search on the net got me to numerous other cases of mis-behaviour and unreliablity. Its one thing to get have a start-up
and another thing to run it properly. Anyway, I'm never gonna sit in another one of your cabs again and would sincerely advice anyone daring enough to book a cab through your service, have a good vocabulary ready of the choicest of abuses - chances are you might get to hear it or may need to use it.

Dear Ola Team,
I started using your service last week when I needed a ride(and I regret it, big time).
I added some cash(400 rs) to my Ola account to use the comfortable wallet service, but I did not feel the comfort anytime.
Since, either the cash from my account was not deducted properly or the driver was not ready to accept cash through
Ola wallets(I seriously don't know why you guys have this service if its not gonna work).
17th Sep 2015, I booked auto and also added 400 rs to my account to pay through my wallet but it was a failure, I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash and I nearly missed my flight, I called the Ola customer care but it was of no use all they said was "Sorry We can't help you".
I had a ride booked for 21st Sep 2015, during which I had around 475 rs cash in my Ola wallet, but still there was no use. Only, 85 rs was debited from my Ola wallet for the 185 rs ride and again I had to pay 100 rs on hand, I called the customer care regarding this and I was shocked when they said I had zero balance in my account and that is why the whole amount was not taken from my Ola wallet. At this time I had around 391 rs in my Ola Wallet
I am fed up with this service and the Ola App.
I would really like to have my cash back, since I do not want to prefer Ola for my future rides or to my friends.

I know that I can ride your cab anytime, the problem is I don't like your service and the cab's which you provide.
The cab driver was not at all ready to receive money via ola wallet, he intentionally closed the trip at the destination so that I have to pay him through cash and the support you guys provide was more pathetic than the cab driver. The cab driver said he doesn't want ola cash, and your support was saying that I had 0rs in my account when I had around 391rs.
"What kind of a service is this?"
And I can easily feel that this mail means nothing to you guys, but let see.
Ola Cabs — Information is incorrect
When I book the cab I was informed that cab will take me in 12 minutes from my location but when I call the driver and ask he said that the will take me after 40 minutes. Driver name was Hemant kumar.
