Ola Cabs — Complaint no. 3278964 - Flight missed due to Ola Driver

Hi This complaint is for Ola Cabs. There were 2 incidents that happened with me within 2 days with Ola. One of the Complaint no. is 3278964. 1st Complaint I booked Ola cab to pick my sister and brother in law from Ghaziabad Railway station and drop at Vaishali. This was on Friday late night (10th/11th July). I kept on telling the Driver to reach at the main exist of the station and stand near Cumsome. The driver reached the other gate (Vijay Nagar side) and kept on forcing that my sister crosses the over bridge and reaches to that side. I informed the Driver that they are new to the place and don’t know the ways so he should come to the other side to which the Driver refused. So, I cancelled the booking. I got an invoice of 100 Rs for this. I made a complaint and it is still not resolved. 2nd Complaint no. – 3278964 Same weekend on 12th July, my sister and brother in law had a return flight from IGI Domestic terminal at 4:45 pm. I called Ola cab at 2:15 pm from Vaishali, Gzb. The passengers boarded the cab at 2:15 pm. The driver didn’t ask us the route and took the wrong route through Tis Hazari Court where he got stuck in traffic. When I called Ola and told them that the Driver is not aware of the route and he says he only knew this route to the Airport, they called the Driver and told him to take a different route. He took a turn back from Tis Hazari and took my relatives back to Seelampur and Dilshad Garden flyover from where he went to Yamuna Kreeda Sthal near Shahdra. By this time it was already 4 pm. I was continuously on the phone with Ola during this time. They called several time to the Driver on my sisters phone. At 4 pm there was no way that my sister could have boarded her flight at 4:45 pm (as they were still in Vivek Vihar, so we asked the Driver to get back to our house. I had to book another flight for my sister urgently. The flight she missed costed approx. 4500 and the one we had to book urgently costed her approx. INR 7900. I raised the issue with Ola and demanded a refund of 7900 for the new flight that we had to book. They first denied and then asked to get a ‘No Show’ letter/email from GoAir to confirm my sister didn’t board the flight. No Show email was forwarded to Ola yesterday (on 15th July) and I have not heard from Ola till now. They don’t seem to respond to the emails now. Also, Ola kept on saying that they Driver’s they send are trained and experienced whereas the Driver we got was very new and he said it was just 8-10 days that he was driving in Delhi and is new to the place. I have all the evidences to support what’s written above – all emails, flight tickets, Ola booking details etc. I am looking for a compensation against my new flight booking. Ola Cabs is the most unprofessional and dissatisfying service
