I am using Ola from last 5 years, but I had my worst experience last week.
I booked an OLA rental (3 hrs, Rs 500)as I had to go to my daughter's school for PTM and the school is in remote area.
The driver dropped me there and flew away.
I was done with the PTM within half an hour and tried reaching the driver for 40 mins but could not.
I called up the customer care and got to know that they have the worst customer care service.
They put me on hold for 20 mins and then asked to wait for or contact driver partner who anyway was not reachable.
I called customer care 3 - 4 times that day and every time I had to explain the issue, they put me on hold and finally no solution .
I requested them for alternative arrangement as that is a remote area and I was not able to book other cabs, but they denied that.
Finally I arranged my own alternative solution and came back.
Once i was back home, the driver called me. Then 3 hours were over. And he told that I have to pay Rs. 708. No clue how did they calculate that amount.
I am calling customer care everyday since then and am ready to pay the drop amount. But I am being told that I have to pay the total amount as the invoice is generated. They will refund Rs 354 on Ola money wallet.
I do not use Ola money wallet.
And also seeing their service I do not trust them that they refund the amount.
Really disappointed. Would have given negative points if it available.
Worst customer care service I have faced in my life.
Ola management should look into these and work on these as otherwise they will loose their customers.
Lot of other options are there in the market.

Hello ola cabs...I AM Manish bhandari From Tilak Nagar.. in the morning 02:00am I picked the Ola cab vechile number UP 14 FT 9358 .. and driver mobile number [protected]...when I leave the cab I send the money to driver.. but I forget my phone in car.. after in 5 minutes I realize I forget my phone in car ..when I talk to driver where is myself phone ..he say to me there is no phone...but I AM sure he theft my mobile...

2>I checked and got a message that my account was accessed from some where in Mumbai though I have not gone to Mumbai in life!!!

4>I contacted ola support and they informed that they will check.I asked only the post paid services to be suspended, I could then continue with prepaid support as previously
ola agent mistakenly blocked my whole account!!1
I have sent numerous mails from my registered email address [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@olacabs.com and still no go, account is not uncblocked still .

OLa is one of the worst service providers I have raised my concern. Initially, 3 days no reply later said that they are providing coupon when i asked concrete action then they closed my tkt wit "Resolve issue status "

I was traveling with my family from Delhi airport to Agra. While traveling driver had stopped the car for some break. If he was tired then why asked him to pick a ride.
When I asked him to give me customer support no, he had not provided any customer support no. Where is security I was traveling with my family in the night
His trip clearly was showing 50 km extra so there is no transparency
While I was waiting for a cab at the airport and called him 2 times. when he was coming from Mahilpalpur then why asking foray parking charge
I am not a big fan to drive or asked driver to drive fast but same time I am not that much slower. On expressway in the midnight, my cab driver was driving 70-80 km speed.
I have paid toll tax for both side which is also cheating with the customer, when I booked for one side then I am supposed to pay the toll for one side

I am a senior Citizen and a retired Govt. Employee aged 74 years. I Booked Ola cab on 9th May 23 ( CRN NO [protected] ) and paid the cab driver through G pay. I have proof of my payment made to cab driver. ( UPI Transaction ID[protected].OLA is harassing me continuously with their phone calls and messages to clear my post paid amount dues for the said trip. I never had an Ola money account and never paid through Ola post paid account. Even though I submitted proof of my payment OLA is torturing me continuously day and night with phone calls. I gave a complaint to the Police Commissioner, Hyderabad and CEO OLA cabs. Please think twice before booking an Ola Cab.

I was charged (in cash) by the drive for MCD charges and OLA also put it in the bill. Over 15days, 4-5 complaints (Ticket No. issued), the problem is yet unresolved.
Not even getting the invoice copy. I have begin to smell a rat in this entire mess.
Please let me know how to escalate the issue.
