[Resolved]  Ola Cabs — Customer Escalation on very very poor service from OLA Cabs

t's been a frustrated customer service i ever experienced in recent times, last couple of weeks i lost my personal money, time and peace of mind due to your OLA Cab services. I need valid response and timely solution with my money Rs.500 back along with compensation for my follow up calls, time, peace of mind. I have attached my ICICI Bank transaction screen shot for your reference. Brief summary of my frustrated transaction summary: Note: Each and every time i called several time to customer care to reach your team and they will put me in hold for not less than 20 - 30 min every time and all the time i need to explain in detail about whole history of transactions. Date Mode of Contact Transaction Description 1-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Through my one my friend came to know OLA Cabs Introductory Offer, Installed OLA in my mobile added OLA Money of amt Rs.500 (Considering I will get the return of Rs.1000 OLA money credit on my account) but its not reflected and I called customer care and mentioned it will get credited in 24 hrs. (But my amount got debited from icici account ) 4-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Checked the App and it's not reflected my balance so called the customer again and they said it will take "48 hours" to credit back on account 10-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Again contacted after 10 days, as it's not credited on my account yet, given all my bank (icici bank) transaction id and other details and informed that OLA team will contact me with further details 14-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Waitied for the call but no from OLA team, so called back again but got the same response that I will receive the call in 24 hrs 15-Oct-14 Call to Customer care As usual no calls from OLA, followed up again and asked for the reason but this time OLA team mentioned that payment was not credited in OLA account and asked me to check with my bank. So I immediately called my bank and logged a complaint against that transaction 17-Oct-14 Call from ICICI Bank As per their SLA, with in 2 working days got a call from ICICIbank and informed that transaction made was successful and amount was credited in OLA account. 17-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Tried reaching the OLA number several times but no luck 20-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Reached OLA customer care and informed the same, as usual Customer care representative informed that they will get back to me in a day or two 30-Oct-14 Call to Customer care Asusal no follow up phones calls OLA, so called OLA number Today and explained the whole history of my transaction (Spoken to Mrs. Haripriya - Manager) as almost 7th time and she suggested me to sent these transaction in email along with my icici transaction screen shoot, so that OLA team will contact me in next 24 hours without fail 1-Nov-14 Even after two workings days, i didnt get a single mail from OLA Support even "thx received mail " also.. or anyservice call. Very Very POOR Customer Service. Afterthat i have to make a call, first the manager was not ready to talk with me. After 15-20 mins of debate with customer care rep only Manager came to phone line... Then again chking the whole history for 10 mins and asking for mob number to transfer the amt. But not ready to pay me compensation for mistake they done and the calls i made for more 10 times ... She was little harsh with me too and not ready to give contact details of her manager, saying "i cant" which was little harsh...

OLA seems to be [protected]@#&.. or they are planning to sell off.

I was charged (in cash) by the drive for MCD charges and OLA also put it in the bill. Over 15days, 4-5 complaints (Ticket No. issued), the problem is yet unresolved.

Not even getting the invoice copy. I have begin to smell a rat in this entire mess.

Please let me know how to escalate the issue.

I am using Ola from last 5 years, but I had my worst experience last week.
I booked an OLA rental (3 hrs, Rs 500)as I had to go to my daughter's school for PTM and the school is in remote area.
The driver dropped me there and flew away.
I was done with the PTM within half an hour and tried reaching the driver for 40 mins but could not.
I called up the customer care and got to know that they have the worst customer care service.
They put me on hold for 20 mins and then asked to wait for or contact driver partner who anyway was not reachable.
I called customer care 3 - 4 times that day and every time I had to explain the issue, they put me on hold and finally no solution .
I requested them for alternative arrangement as that is a remote area and I was not able to book other cabs, but they denied that.
Finally I arranged my own alternative solution and came back.
Once i was back home, the driver called me. Then 3 hours were over. And he told that I have to pay Rs. 708. No clue how did they calculate that amount.
I am calling customer care everyday since then and am ready to pay the drop amount. But I am being told that I have to pay the total amount as the invoice is generated. They will refund Rs 354 on Ola money wallet.
I do not use Ola money wallet.
And also seeing their service I do not trust them that they refund the amount.
Really disappointed. Would have given negative points if it available.
Worst customer care service I have faced in my life.
Ola management should look into these and work on these as otherwise they will loose their customers.
Lot of other options are there in the market.

Hello ola cabs...I AM Manish bhandari From Tilak Nagar.. in the morning 02:00am I picked the Ola cab vechile number UP 14 FT 9358 .. and driver mobile number [protected]...when I leave the cab I send the money to driver.. but I forget my phone in car.. after in 5 minutes I realize I forget my phone in car ..when I talk to driver where is myself phone ..he say to me there is no phone...but I AM sure he theft my mobile...

1>I got a message about a cancellation fee from my ola account though I had not booked a cab

2>I checked and got a message that my account was accessed from some where in Mumbai though I have not gone to Mumbai in life!!!

3>I accessed my ola post paid details and found irregularities .

4>I contacted ola support and they informed that they will check.I asked only the post paid services to be suspended, I could then continue with prepaid support as previously

ola agent mistakenly blocked my whole account!!1

I have sent numerous mails from my registered email address [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@olacabs.com and still no go, account is not uncblocked still .
OLa is one of the worst service providers I have raised my concern. Initially, 3 days no reply later said that they are providing coupon when i asked concrete action then they closed my tkt wit "Resolve issue status "

After providing all evidence instead of solving my issue closed tkt without any action.

I was traveling with my family from Delhi airport to Agra. While traveling driver had stopped the car for some break. If he was tired then why asked him to pick a ride.
When I asked him to give me customer support no, he had not provided any customer support no. Where is security I was traveling with my family in the night
His trip clearly was showing 50 km extra so there is no transparency

While I was waiting for a cab at the airport and called him 2 times. when he was coming from Mahilpalpur then why asking foray parking charge

I am not a big fan to drive or asked driver to drive fast but same time I am not that much slower. On expressway in the midnight, my cab driver was driving 70-80 km speed.

I have paid toll tax for both side which is also cheating with the customer, when I booked for one side then I am supposed to pay the toll for one side

I am a senior Citizen and a retired Govt. Employee aged 74 years. I Booked Ola cab on 9th May 23 ( CRN NO [protected] ) and paid the cab driver through G pay. I have proof of my payment made to cab driver. ( UPI Transaction ID[protected].OLA is harassing me continuously with their phone calls and messages to clear my post paid amount dues for the said trip. I never had an Ola money account and never paid through Ola post paid account. Even though I submitted proof of my payment OLA is torturing me continuously day and night with phone calls. I gave a complaint to the Police Commissioner, Hyderabad and CEO OLA cabs. Please think twice before booking an Ola Cab.
