Ola Cabs — I am just a frustrated and worried customer | |
Ola cabs came with a ease to us earlier. I started taking ola cabs since the day it was launched in pune. But day by day experience is getting worst and worst. Would like to bring your attention toward last 3 experience of mine with OLA Experience 1: 17 Mar, 2015 : Pune OLA INVOICE NO.68299269 I booked a cab for a Lady Guest from Bharati Vidyapeeth University through Ola App. The driver asked me to come outside the campus which I denied by saying if I wanted to do that I would have taken auto. I told him in Hindi where to come and he was not able to locate the college building .It’s a small campus he should have asked anyone. I tried to tell him the correct address he was being rude on phone and asking to come out I told him directly that I am paying you to pick me up from the pickup point. After reaching to the place he started shouting and misbehaving as I brought the money issue in between . Dude you being a service provider u should be polite. I am addressing him as Sir and he was shouting on me. I was worried about my guest all the time until she reaches her place. Experience 2: 21 Mar, 2015 Allahabad OLA INVOICE NO.69215345 I booked ola mini which was showing near to railway station but didn’t reached. SO I got upgraded. But this guy even after telling the perfect way to the place he took me somewhere eals then he told me. Sir I m not from Allahbad hence I don’t know this place. Come on what the hell was that. I got down in middle and took auto. I paid for the ride too. Experience 3: 17th April: Pune: Time 10:10 P.M. I booked Ola from App just ride option (CRN[protected]. I need to go to MG road. I have been told a cab is coming to pick me up in 15 mins. At 10:22 I received that cab is delayed by 10 mins. I called the cab driver he kept my call on waiting and never bother to pick it up. I tried several times but no response from his end. I called ola care.Its 10:35 pm I have been told that cab will pick you up in 10 mins (CRN[protected] which never turned up. Ola care repeatedly booked another cab(CRN[protected] which was not able to pick me up. I wasted 40 mins waiting at the gate at Night for ola cabs. Frustrated I took auto as I reached 6 kms I found a ola cab ideally from my place. 18th April: Next day even after rising complain no one bother to call me. So I made a call. I have been told that complain had been raised by Mr.Adil who I suppose a senior supervisor there during that time, action will be taken and 300 ola money will be credited to my account. 23rd April: I wanted to know regarding the action taken on my complain, hence I called again. I had been told that complain was raised to wrong guy. It seems that was my fault that you guys have raised complain to wrong department and again ola 300 money will be credited soon in your account dialogue given to me which supposed to get credit 2 days back. 23rd April : 8:39 pm I got a email from a Ola to call me back for the issue. Email was sent to me by a guy name Kevin. Its like “Ola Dr. Gaurav, Thank you for contacting Olacabs. We tried calling you on your number (084XXXXXXXX), however couldn't get through. Request you to please get back to us with your convenient time to discuss and resolve your issue. I'll look forward to your reply. Regards, Kenneth P Customer Support Olacabs” I called as I got the email but I came to know this guy is not available. Then why you sent me email with your name on it. What’s the master plan to frustrate me to insanity and then a dialogue of 300 ola money given to me. I wanted to tell you guys don’t show that giving us 300 ola money is a very good gesture from your end. Its irritating when you tell me that we are giving you 300 Ola money. Do you think I will be requiring this 300 ola money to travel in pune. I am not a freeloader I am ready to pay you money .Come on 300 Ola money is not above safety and services. Keep this ola money with you. I am a customer who requires better services and safety. You have lost all your credibility which I had for Ola Imagine a lady waiting for the cab and same things would have happed with her .Cancelling of 3 cabs and then regretting not to pick you and then offering OLA money. Are you really waiting for a day something might unfortunate happen to your customer because you promised and then your cab get cancelled even after waiting for 40 mins. Remember then you won’t get a chance to apologize and you 300 ola money won’t compensate it I am just a frustrated and worried customer who once was a big fan of OLA.
