The vehicle got delivered on Oct 7, 2022 and within a week, there are a lot of issues. Running only 65km for a charge (100% charge). But company, promised 105Km in normal mode.
Within ten days, I am getting 26km per full battery charge. We can't rely on this vehicle.
Sometimes it shows the battery balance as 73%, and within five minutes, it goes to 0% battery. We can't go out for a long journey. Even we can't go beyond more than 10km from our current location. I am highly displeased with the support system and also have to chase and wait for 2 hrs to reach the customer car support.
I was promised that a technical person would attend to our issue in 24 hrs, but nobody has turned out yet.
Considering the above issue kindly refund the amount which is hard earned by us. we can't afford to put 1 lakh in the trash by buying your product Was this information helpful? |
