I have purchased Ola s1 pro on 18th DEC 2022 from ola experience Centre Indranagar. The offer given by Ola on that day was they will provide 4000 cashback for the scooter purchased in ola experience centre. So My ola scooter got delivered on 27th December 2022 and till today i.e 17/01/2023
I have not received that 4000 cashback and all the customer care representatives are not at all responding correctly.

    I have 2 complaints before, and after the complain the company is calling me within 12hrs and saying sorry for the delay sir, and now they have done a mistake also, when I said ola salesman to give me the quotation for my loan he gave me one link through which I can generate the quotation and in that quotation insurance was not mentioned because of that the bank did not give the insurance money and I had to buy the insurance afterwards from ola app on 09.12.2022. The mistake here is they have not hypothicated to the bank and made the insurance of scooter without hypothication for that reason the registration process was getting delay. And after I have given my first complain in Consumer Forum then they corrected their mistake, and on 09.01.2023 they gave the new insurance in which the hypothication was written.
    So I hereby request you to please give the delivery of vehicle. I am totally helpless now. I did not expect this big mistake from Ola Electric. For this mistake I had to bear the loss, I gave already given 2 EMI's without having my vehicle.

      At first I ordered the scooter on 21.11.2022 through finance from other bank except ola partner banks. After that the ola salesman said it would take 15-20 days for delivery because I have choosen other banks, i said okay and on 9.12.2022 all my verification was completed and my scooter was on registration process. After that whenever I called, mailed or tweeted them they only sent an automated message or said please wait sir it is in registration process you will receive a call from our registration team soon. Even today when I called they said this only. Now even when I am saying to cancel my order they are saying it is not possible in this stage. They are not giving me the delivery or not canceling also. What should I do now?
      Please help me.

        I've ordered the Home Charger Installation kit on 1st December, 2022 and it's been more than 28 days and I've not yet received the Kit. Whenever I call the customer care and ask for the update, there is only one reply that my complaint has been escalated to high priority and will be resolved soon. But no one is giving proper date or any contact number where I can get proper answer. My ola S1 is laying lifeless from past one month and I'm paying the EMI's now without using the product.

        The product may be good but I'll suggest everyone not to buy OLA Electric vehicle due to its poor service and response.

          Order cancelled but advance not refunded. Multiple reminders did not get any response. The status is refund initiated for last 6 months.
          Could you please provide me with the update on my below cancellation request as I am reserved at 75000 price and current price bokking order price is more than 50000 extra amount(reserved at 75 k in 1.5 years old now asking us to pay 1.40 lakhs) so can not effertable from my end regarding this approaching more than 100 emails and calls but no response..if I am not get good response, will definately log a complaint in consumer court...intially approached and getting ready to gather all doc's as per their sussegation, to avoid kindly revert back my order, as I can not do from my end cancel button is in disable mode to cancel this order henceforth approaching since last 6 months no response, why can't you respond my email request with in the timeline, why you guys are doing business with customer accepts & their money, again virol on the las blost again please don't drag again on road with customer point of you already proved yourself in 3 years back, you are all inspiration for all failure Business man in our asia countries, so please don't spoil your image...plz..do the needful...if it is not possible to cancle please give me some other discount as 1+ year back old reserved customer to fulfill my order...anything is okay for me to go ahead further process, thanks in advance or your response

          From my end I tried several times but the Cancel button is in disable mode. I can not click on anything to cancel several times in all communication channels but no use on this cancellation process, so without any further delay kindly expedite the process at the earliest time.

            Complaint ID 2763895 its been 5 days now i have registered a complaint about scooter front suspension bolt is falling of all butons except power on my scooter are not working which is also dangerous while driving no haor no indicators and no high beam/ Drl are working there is a sound in front brake pads when makin reverse scooter grab rail have become loose and unable to open or close charging flap properly. They are call us and only asking for the issue in the scooter but no one is visiting us can not drive my scooter its ridiculous.

              This is my fifth day where i m facing a problem. As i booked 5 times free test drive of Electric Scooter Ola S1 pro as i have to buy new one. But For the Test drive i Don't get anytype of response from the company. They always delay and rescheduled my test drive. And after that still i m waiting for the test drive.

                I had placed a complaint for my Ola s1 pro which was showing an error as “scooter issue, switching to park mode” after driving for some 100-200 meters .. the vehicle was taken to the nearest service centre and it took almost 20-25 days to repair. Once I got the vehicle back after repair, after a week, the same problem was noticed. When called to customer care they do not have anything to say apart from apology.. ultimately the problem is. It's getting rectified .. I purchased the vehicle some 6 months back and already I have raised complaints three times
                The vehicle is in service center for more than a month and total kilometres driven by me is around 2800. This is the quality product which Ola has prepared and with a very disgusting customer care as well!!!
                The worst part is when we are explaining the history of problems that we have faced, the customer care executive does not have the courtesy to listen and one of the customer care executives disconnected abruptly.. I did place a complaint for service issue on 14.11.2022 morning. As per the standard norms any query should get resolved within 72 hours but in my case post 72 hours there is no update on the complaint. When I called up customer care, the executive convinced me to wait for some more time . Her words were like you have waited for so long and caunt u wait for some more time !!! This statement of hers totally bled my mind..
                I request you to kindly arrange to take back my vehicle as I am not at all interested in retaining the vehicle.

                Hope you will do the needful at your earliest.

                  Booked a OLA S1 and paid downpayment by ORDER :OET-[protected]-FKK174
                  -- OLS Customer Service Called after 2 months and mentioned that Loan Process did not go thru and gave option to Cancel the Order or Pay Full Amount for Vehicle Delivery.

                  -- Opted for Order Cancellation and the Cancel option was enabled in 24hrs by OLA on the APP.
                  -- Order Cancelled and have received the downpayment in 4 days.
                  -- Now the Axis Bank has sent me the Loan Schedule of Disbursal of Rs.98000/- to OLA and has initiated hte EMI. the first EMI got auto debited from my Bank on 05-Nov-2022.

                  (Here please note even if Loan is processed the EMI starts after the Delivery of the Vehicle.. which never happened but the EMI got processed and OLA has received my Loan amount and my Order stands cancelled...

                  Please Help am confused how OLA siphoned my loan amount with out the delivery of vehicle.

                    Cancellation Request Order ID OET-[protected]-LRJ878 generated on 3rd OCT 2022 . I did complete payment on 6th September and their document lady Soumya not verfied the document on time and did in intentionally delayed and connected with me in month end when delivery date came.after again saying 5 week of delays I decided to go for cancellation. But they are not responding after cancellation request generated on 3rd October.
                    Filing a police case soon on the OLA firm as they misleading on documents and delayed in delivery now they are not responding on my cancellation request on mails and there support call system is not answering after a long waiting queue.
                    I have enough evidence on mail where I can file police complaint on the owner of the company as we don't know anyone as they don't assign any customer relationship manager to assist customers.So overall whomsoever is owner he is liable for everything.

                        My scooter is changing to ECO mode frequently.
                        Even I'm traveling only 10km in a stretch.
                        I have raised a complaint more than 5times, but no proper response from ola electric.
                        They are giving only fake promises...
                        Ys, thats true. They commit like within a day the technician will rectify the issues. I am getting same promises for the past one week.

                              Hi all,

                              I Purchased OLA S1 Pro scooter online from OLA Electric APP through Android Phone on 8th August 2022. There Champion came to my home and complete the formality and force me payment online immediately as he said, I will get delivery within 15 Days. Now 6th September 2022 finished but they didn't deliver till now and while calling there call center they don't know the correct status about delivery. While posting on tweeter they said someone will contact you soon but no one contacted. While sent email to [protected]@olaelectric.com, nobody responded. Now I am demanding for refund my payment but they are not given answer. what should i do now??

                                I want to cancel my purchase order for Ola S1, however there is no option available in Ola app to cancel my order.

                                I am trying to connect with customer support since last 3 days but they are disconnecting my without listening my query. Very worst support from Ola customer care.

                                  Ola S1 was delivered to me in Feb 2022 with a temporary registration. And now it's 28 th August but the scooter has not been registered till date. Though the registration fees had been collected by Ola Electric much before the scooter delivery. They have no customer support system and their executives are totally clueless regarding the registration.

                                      Have listed below issues which i am sure majority of you have gone through and will face it in the future

                                      1) Product and USP was mis-leading right from the marketing phase. The features assured during launch and booking time for S1 Pro never made it even after two months of Purchase. This is unethical and unacceptable. Thank god you guys are in India as you got away with customer being furious. If the same had happened in western countries, sure you would have been legally sued by all most all customers.

                                      2) Two days post Delivery; vehicle did not start as the battery was dead. They said emergency TAT is 24 to 48 hours. However, with multiple follow ups and escalation the scooter was towed after 7 days. Don't have words to describe the post sales service effort from Ola. After the scooter was towed no official confirmation from the support team was received regarding scooter acceptance at the service center. Again as expected, i had to personally follow up to know the status of my scooter.

                                      3) It has been 4 months since i got my scooter delivered yet no sign of RC card delivery. Like other service issues, even here they said 60 to 90 days TAT for RC card. In-spite of multiple follow ups and emails no accurate confirmation of my RC card status, just a standard robotic response.

                                      Buying Ola scooter is by far the worst decision i have made in life.

                                      Pls do not buy Ola scooter until they sort out actual Product flaws / Post sale service efficiency / escalation contact Transparency / Customer Service Quality & Integrity. For the moment Ola electric team and management have mis-led and taken people for a nigh mare ride.

                                            Buy Electric, get frustration
                                            Useless customer care, Promise doorstep service, But i was calling customer care everyday for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix.Themocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea which i never seen.No proper coordination, No answer to emails, No update for complaints.Buying ola electric, Buying frustration at your own cost.With battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safewhen battery charge at 30km remaining, Mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.
                                            Everytime I call customer care - " sorry for the trouble/inconvenience, we will escalate this issue. SOMEONE will contact, give us SOMETIME" is the answer. Emails never replied. SOMEONE ordered me to collect the number plate in his workshop.
                                            Customer is having no option to escalate any issue to higher management.
                                            I feel like cheating, having paid over Rs1, 60, 000/ for the assurance of door step services.

                                              I purchased Ola electric scooter Ola S1 Pro in the month of February, 2022 with full and final payment. Suddenly, at the time of delivery, company is saying that price of scooter is something else and not on what I booked. Have mail communications with customer care of the company.

                                              I asked them to either deliver my scooter or refund my money with interest. They are not reverting to the mail.

                                                I received my Ola S1 scooter at 30th March 2022. At the time of delivery, I tried the helmet and it was not fitting properly. The helmet was of kid's size. I raised the issue then and there with Ola supervisor and she told that she can't do anything and directed to contact support team through mail. I contact them on that day itself from till that time it's more then 3 months and I haven't received and updates till now. I paid extra bucks for the helmet apart from the scooter. The Ola Electric support are also not ready to refund the amount. I asked them to take the helmet and refund the amount because I paid for the helmet separately. But they told once the helmet is delivered they are cannot take it back. Also, it is been more than 3 months till the scooter delivery but I haven't received the RC card till now. After raising complaint multiple times they are unable to provide any solution. I generally takes 15 days for RC card. The order id from my scooter is OET-[protected]-GXX323.

                                                  I have been consistently asking for my receipt for payment made by me of RS 37852.00 on 25/05/2022.

                                                  By the mail you have acknowledged as rs 20000/- (twenty thousand only) and the money paid was rs37852.My earlier emails TO THEM 6 TIMES in this regards is UNREPLIED.

                                                  I fail to understand why they are not issuing proper money receipt for the advance paid which is my right and demanding full payment without acknowledging my advance payments.

INSTEAD FEEL HARASSED BY CALLS AT ODD HOURS AND PROVOKING ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

                                                  I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT WITH LAST PAYMENT OF RS 90, 000 ( RS 100 + RS 89, 900).
                                                  I AM STILL NOT GETTING DELIVERY AND THEY ARE RAISING FURTHER DEMANDS OF RS 5, 000 (REASON KNOWN BEST TO THEM) EVEN AFTER MAKING SETTLEMENT INVOICE AND RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT.

                                                    I applied for refund of ola S1 around 3 months back and the amount is still not refunded but it is showing that the refund is completed but i never recieved the amount
                                                    Could you please provide me with the update on my below cancellation request as I am reserved at 75000 price and current price bokking order price is more than 50000 extra amount(reserved at 75 k in 1.5 years old now asking us to pay 1.40 lakhs) so can not effertable from my end regarding this approaching more than 100 emails and calls but no response..if I am not get good response, will definately log a complaint in consumer court...intially approached and getting ready to gather all doc's as per their sussegation, to avoid kindly revert back my order, as I can not do from my end cancel button is in disable mode to cancel this order henceforth approaching since last 6 months no response, why can't you respond my email request with in the timeline, why you guys are doing business with customer accepts & their money, again virol on the las blost again please don't drag again on road with customer point of you already proved yourself in 3 years back, you are all inspiration for all failure Business man in our asia countries, so please don't spoil your image...plz..do the needful...if it is not possible to cancle please give me some other discount as 1+ year back old reserved customer to fulfill my order...anything is okay for me to go ahead further process, thanks in advance or your response

                                                    From my end I tried several times but the Cancel button is in disable mode. I can not click on anything to cancel several times in all communication channels but no use on this cancellation process, so without any further delay kindly expedite the process at the earliest time.

                                                      I am based in Bangalore. I purchased the ola electric S1 pro e scooter. Initially i was very excited about the purchase till we encountered our first problem. One fine morning about 5 days back I could not get the handle to unlock even after putting the passcode correctly.
                                                      It was then I understood that the worst of this e scooter is its service support. Their stupid policy of not having service centers means dependent on few employees in service who are over worked. Their training is not even comprehensive and so one technician cannot resolve a service call. My scooter s1pro is handle locked since 5 days. Calling help line does not help as the auto reply says I am not calling from registered mobile number. which is B*+#S*#₹ because that is the only number i used for booking, taking delivery. Several mails to their support had standard reply that they will respond in 24 hours which they did not. After tracing their service team that took 4 days, some one came after assurances he will come at 1030 am and eventually turned up at 7 pm to 'look at the issue'. He spent 10 minutes to say that he cannot do any thing as he is a mechanical guy 😭
                                                      Some one may come today from their electrical team.
                                                      Seems their cloud based software is screwed up. And no one has any clue how to resolve.
                                                      Their service team network is pathetic. When I asked in confidence they say there is only so many scooters they can attend in a day. Plus the fact they cannot resolve the problems many times.

                                                      Ola seems a big hype in their EV segment. Best if they stick to their core business which is arranging taxi.

                                                        Please note that the battery is not at all giving the promised KMs, in a full charge in a normal mode S1 pro is running only 65-70 kms. I have raised the issue before as well and there had been no great response from your end.

                                                        if OLA cannot fix it I would request them to take back the bike and refund me my hard earned money.

                                                        A better resolution is expected if you were to charge 1.5 lakh rupees for this bike. also if in 3 months there is so much of problem popping up, I doubt what this bike will be like in a few years.

                                                          I have order ola on Feb 2022 with advance amount of 500 rs. On April 2022 cancelled it cause scooter had issues. As per the norms it should be credited in 5 to 7 days. But they didn't till date i.e. June 27 2022. Pathetic service.
