Ola — Toll Charges

I recently booked cab on OLA(Oct 1) twice and i had to pay "Toll/Parking Charges" Rs 30 on my bill. We never crossed the toll and the area had toll and we did take alternate route..i dont know why i have to pay just because the surrounding area has toll. Just to let you know, the toll charges are applicable whenever the vehicle crosses the toll booth. The driver is supposed to pay the charges on your behalf and this is included on your bill. Rest assured, we will educate the driver on this and make sure such mishaps are refrained in the future. Alternatively, there are certain routes where you may have to pay the toll charges irrespective of any toll booths available. The company is invoiced for the movements of cabs.
