Ola — Unprofessional driver behaviour | |||||
I am jothi booked ola share cab with booking no osn 99565139 & car no tn06j3439 (Silver etios) on 27 jun 16 @ 8 pm till ambattur from dlf & have asked driver (Varadharaj) to drop me in ambattur railway station but driver didn, t listen to my words & dropped me almost half km distance from my actual destination. Despite telling him continuosly to drop me in ambattur station he asked me to get down from cab & dared me to complain to ola customer care. This made me to travel 4 km distance by foot to reach me my home because i take suburban train to reach my actual destination. I was having heavy breathing because of this long walk & also suffered mental agony & with the same anger have already filed complaint with ola customer care so ola need to reimburse the amount paid also give compensation for the driver fault & take action on driver. I have ola money hence money got deducted automatically when i took the share ride since it's a prepaid one otherwise i wouldn't have paid anything to driver now, this is also making me to think do i really need to keep money in ola money wallet because i cannot hold money & have to complain everytime to get it reimbursed incase of issues, i'm a frequent traveller in ola but this is pestering me a lot so am updating the same feedback in online blogs.
