[Resolved] OLX.com — Fraud Iphone 5 was sold

Hi, I purchased Iphone 5 16gb White color from www.Olx.com by contacting one of the add posting(posted by Sri ram). Made the purchase and came to home and started using it. Apparently the phone was not even received any call with in 4-5 hours from the start time (I usually get quite lot of calls), so randomly started calling people and i noticed phone speaker was not functioning properly, I tried to reach out him but it saying unavailable. His Name is Sri Ram, and his phone number is [protected] He gave me receipt for the purchase and I went to authorized apple store for replacement and they told me terrible and shocking words such as, this was stolen phone from Macua (some where in Malasiya) and was used from 2012 and the phone equipment is not at all original. So they declined to accept the piece. After investing such amount for a product and this guy just cheated me. I have the receipt details. Please take necessary actions against this.

The phone might be refurbished phone and it is ebay bill and how on earth this phone will have manufacturer warranty anyways.. i see the person you are claiming is the buyer himself, you should try to reach the seller in the given bill i guess try to reach the phone number or try to mail "ebay.[protected]@gmail.com"

Apple will sell the refurbished phones in different packaging with different colour. And I don't see any where they mentioned about refurbishing. That guy not picking up his phone and apple csr dept team not ready to replace it since the phone has used previously (from 2012 this phone has been used).

If I'm not wrong, as per the consumer acts they should be display clearly about the product. If I buy a product and don't expect warrenty for it? As a second buyer eBay not interested to look into this matter. I lodged a complaint on him and no progress from police side.
Now who can I understand my pain and dice this issue ??
eBay.itmall not willing to replace the product but willing to repair it And sending it their recorded address.
I paid the money I suffered the pain, what kind of rules are these.. Yesterday I lodged complaint on these guys also at least by these thing in future they might scare to cheat people
