[Resolved] Olx — fraud against the mobile order | |||||
I decieded to buy a mobile phone from olx. I take phone no.[protected] from olx and call to seller. He take 48000 rupees from me through google pay no. [protected]. But still mobile does not recieved to me and also payment not received. He send me the fake id and information and making a fraud. He told me that he is army man in indian army and he send mobile through army canteen courier they told me to send money from google pay infavour of mobile phones to your location but mobile phone not recieved to me yet. Plz look into these matter i think it is fraud ad on olx. His olx id name is sanjay virendra singh for mi poco f1... Was this information helpful? | |||||

As you would be aware, OLX only provides a platform to seller and buyer. OLX does not participate or interfere in negotiations during transactions. Further, we would also request you to contact the legal authorities and file an FIR with them regarding this matter. For any clarification, the police can reach out to us at [protected]@olx.in. In the event it is required by the police or other legal authorities, OLX will provide the access records (IP, email, and date and time of posting) of the user who posted the ad to the appropriate legal agent.
